Was directed to apply for chase card to get $ 300 off south west flight at check out , applied and was approved , but the credit was not applied , Called Chase they were no help they told me to call s.w. , s..w said I need to Contact Chase . Canceled the card . Bummer experience .

Bad service & waste of time. Was asked to come with 2 forms of ID. After I arrived, they said I needed 3 forms of ID out of the blue. Can’t do even basic things in branch like combining log ins or adding a birthdate to an account without them having to call phone support or being asked for 3 forms of ID. This was after phone support directed me to the branch.

I have been to other Chase bank to do my banking. I went to this branch because it was closer for me. When I told the teller I needed to withdraw money out of saving. Because the amount was larger, she asked the manager for a standby. To my surprise he asked me what I was doing with the money and what were my last transactions. I had a chase folder on the counter top so what was the big deal. I have never been treated like I wasn’t doing the right thing. Never will I go back to this bank again.Sincerely !

The wait to get into the bank is super frustrating if you can get away with using atm to deposit or withdraw from id go that route for now. Other than that staff are friendly enough the place is always spotless however parking is a nightmare.

Very suspicious activity and horrible service at this bank. My husband went to the counter to take out $1600 to pay a bill and was told by a teller (Michelle) to use the ATM instead. Thinking this was new COVID protocol, my husband did so and the ATM malfunctioned, not giving him cash or a receipt and only spitting his card back out. When he went the counter, he was told by this teller that it was saying he DID take out the money when in fact he got nothing. The teller refused to give him a claim number, give him anything in writing saying what happened, or talk to a manager and stated "these things happen for a reason." We then called the corporate office and were informed they did not follow protocol and the following day contact the branch manager, Alex. What is strange is that corporate said there WAS in fact a claim number, why did the teller say there was not one? The manager refused to review security camera footage as my husband suggested to show he never got any money out, first stating "that's impossible" and then stating "well none of my employees did anything wrong" but for some reason refused to prove that? There is some shady stuff going on here, and it is starting to feel like there is a scam to steal money at this branch. DON'T USE THEM! If nothing else they were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful even when asked typical things like for a claim number or a manager, or to review the security cameras. Very suspicious. We have already filed a claim with the CA Division of Financial Institutions and will be filing with any other agency possible. We also are looking into filing a police report. It is unbelievable we may be out thousands of dollars and the bank and it's employees are doing nothing, to people who have been customers for over a decade. We will of course be moving the rest of our money out of this bank and into another.

OH THE HORROR!!! But seriously folks I'm sure you as well as I got those things in the mail Witcher direct deposit get three hundred bucks on us will read the fine print they also charge you $25 a month for nothing so by the time you get out of there 6 months later you've paid back the three hundred bucks no deal no deal plus the fact they like to hold your money for no apparent reason you think that they have enough money of their own to not do this but Chase Bank likes to skirt the law of Securities apparently and when you send money to say yourself or your family or your son overseas through zelle Chase likes to put a hold on your money for a couple days and then deny yourself for no apparent reason whatsoever until you do it three or four times and then they see a quote-unquote pattern and then they let you do it in the meantime they've held your money illegally and there's nothing you can do and they go against the Visa cardholder agreement and make up their own agreement so that if a business rips you off completely and you dispute your transaction Chase basically tells you to go and it's my favorite saying but I'm not going to say it let's just say go S*** a D*** and that's what you pretty much have to do while you're starving to death and your kids starving to death because a business has ripped you off and Chase just doesn't give a flyingfahoodledoodle. Really as I said before please please for the love of God especially if you have kids your on Social Security disability and in these times or people are getting ripped off left and right by actual businesses read the fine print don't get sucked in and for god sakes Chase you should be ashamed of yourselves and you'll be hearing from my attorney
