I ordered the combination B two weeks ago and the sweet and sour pork and beef and broccoli were excellent! The fried shrimp and BBQ pork appetizer and won ton soup were really delicious, too! I ordered the wor wonton soup, seafood soup, and hot and sour soup a few days ago, and they were all outstanding!

Food is fresh. Love the fried prawns. Chow mien and rice very tasty. My kids love the potstickers.

Attentive staff, a wide variety of dishes and styles to choose from. So far everything we've had has been great tasting.Vegetarian options: The Snow peas & water chestnuts dish was yummy! Also the veggie chow mein was well flavoured and spicy. We shared fried won tons and liked the dipping sauces. The hot mustard was strong!!

Granted it was Christmas and they were busy. But boy oh boy was the food poor to downright bad. The soup base was salty, the har gow and pancakes inedible. The lemon chicken had no lemon flavor. Just say no.

Yesterday I got take out from China Legend that I use to go to a lot. Not this time. Chicken Chow mein was awful, tasteless, I had to throw it out. Same with Orange Chicken. What happened? Did they change hands? I got tons of steamed rice and hardly any orange chicken! The hot and sour soup was GREAT. However it was 2/3C in little container. I'm scared to return again, I won't. I can't...

My in-laws wanted to eat here so we stopped in for dinner. I was pretty worried based on some of the other reviews, but all 5 of us really enjoyed our food. We tried a variety of meats, including chicken, shrimp, pork and fish. I got the shrimp and was very happy with the flavors and freshness of the dish. Delicious seafood, noodles and vegetables. I also got to try some of the chicken from the chicken and vegetables and it was tender and with a delicate flavor. Tried the fish too and it was also a fine, delicate flavor, though I'm told the ginger was pretty strong (I avoided that part of the dish). Of particular interest, one person in our group got the sizzling rice soup and the rest of us were sad we didn't also order some because it looked amazing - with LOTS of meat and vegetables, topped with the crisped rice. I would have no problem eating here again. Also the staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

decent food awful service we were kicked out before we were done eating not sure why we would need the check while we still have food in our mouths also not sure as to why line cooks came out to watch my family and I as we tried to eat i suppose it was to make us uncomfortable and hurry to leave won't be back

Used to love this place. Ordered take-out tonight online, and waited 20 minutes to pick it up ourselves. Orange Beef was OK, not as good as in the past; good flavor, lots of orange zest, but tough. Chow Mein was gummy. Kung Pao Chicken didn't have any chili peppers or peanuts in it; probably was the wrong dish entirely. I called to let them know when I got home and they told me they just forgot to put the peanuts in it. Well, it was more than that - it was a different dish entirely and they would not acknowledge the mistake. I didn't want any compensation or to bring it back; just wanted to warn them in case someone else had ordered General or House Chicken (which I think this was) and they got Kung Pao, which is much spicier. Sadly, We won't be going back to my local place again.

Pretty good food. Fresh ingredients. The atmosphere in the dining room is poor. Needs a revamp. But take out is very good.

We ordered take out from China Legend. We eat a lot of Chinese food but, this food was AWESOME! I do not write reviews, so you have to know this food is amazing enough to stop and write this. Fresh, perfect amount of sauce nothing was dry, or over fried. And I will mention FRESH again!!! Give it a try. You will be writing the next review!

China Legend has the freshest food in East Santa Rosa in Rincon Valley.?️?. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and attentive. Their food is never greasy, too spicy, or cold. The staff is very considerate of any needs or disabilities their patrons have. Always willing to go the extra mile, whether the food, extra time , change in choices, they always make the dining experience special. They deserve A+++++ & 5 ?????! Got take out food here. Sweet n Sour pork, Szechuan beef, wonton soup, green onion pancakes, crab ragoon. Worst food ever! BEWARE!!!! Stale, soggy, overcooked and overall terrible food. the sweet and sour had a head of a baby roach! The stir fry noodles we got didn't have a noodle longer than a 1/2 in of what I assumed was suppose to be a noodle. this place is a joke!! Buy fresh veggies and cook at home!!!
