Lousy customer service; you have to cut through so much red tape just for one transaction. I'm almost ready to take my money to a credit union.

The only citibank location in the county. A line out the door at lunchtime on a Monday and one teller. A line out the door, one teller, the only branch in the entire county. Now that is crazy!

Terrible branch. I waited for over 30 minutes to assist with an account issue and finally decided to leave. Huge branch supported by 5 staff, branch manager included. Here's the odd part, one of the staff was loudly crying arguing with the manager. Yup in public!

Worst service ever! Went there to pay my cc in person in cash. They dont accept cash. Only check or money order. Next day I go to ATM to pay cc .. suddenly it it needs a pin! Never needed this before. Never got notice about this. It's almost like they don't want u to pay so a person will be late and owe extra charges. Not accept cash??? It's US f in currency!!! What part of that don't u understand!!!! Don't bank here and don't use cc.

Don't even bother to go into Citibank in Santa Rosa unless you are retired and enjoy meeting people while standing in line. Every time I have gone into this branch, it is nothing but standing in line -- always at least 30 minutes. Today, Monday at 1:30pm so not smack in lunch time, I needed a big cashier's check- not something I could do via the ATM. I guess today was a payday and many people were there but previously I have been in on a day that was not a pay day and it is always the same. There was ONE teller open (and she was a teller in training!) who had to ask for an "override" (I suppose because she was in training) 3 times during my simple transaction, a cashier's check and then a withdraw of only $400. There were 2 other professionals back there behind the counter clucking around but not waiting on customers as tellers. When I arrived, there had also been 2 personal bankers at the desks. So 5 employees in the bank, but only 1 teller. Ridiculous. There were 17 people in line behind me waiting after I waited 30 minutes, and on crutches. And, of course, there was no handicap seating or no seating for the elderly any where near the line. Everyone said it happens every time they go in, so I know it is not only me. If you have anything to do you cannot get done at the ATM, avoid this bank.

This is the worst bank to use. Nothing personal against the tellers, Citibank in general is there to scam your money from under you. I wish I could give them no stars. DO NOT use this bank.
