Great Mexican Supermarket! They have e everything! One stop shop! Love the bakery, hot foods, meat department, produce andist of all authentic good customer service.

We were in the area and decided to check out Lola's market on Petaluma Hill road. We usually go to the one on Sebastopol road.A small eatery on the premises has a separate entrance other than the store. They have a small dining area and larger outdoor dining. We are on the hunt for the perfect Chile relleno so we both ordered the combo plate with rice and beans. It also came with fresh hot tortillas. The food was delivered and it looked good and the price was very reasonable. We started eating and immediately noticed that the rice and beans were lukewarm. We cut into the chile relleno and found a doughy exterior that had no taste. The pepper itself was thin surrounding a thick, cold, firm, solid cheese interior. This relleno was not freshly cooked and made the flavor poor. Because of the temperature, we both felt it was the worst chile relleno we ever had and dubbed it, "chilly relleno". We could have sent it back to be microwaved but had other things to do and I can microwave food at home. We will not return to this location but would try out the Sebastopol store.

horrible customer service. One of the cashier's were absolutely disrespectful. She had dark hair and blue eyes. She gave a horrible look at us and also purposely declined our payment. Not only that but she wasn't doing her job. They definitely need to change up the employees because this is not ok. Definitely not coming back to this location.

It's a chain grocery store with an attached chain restaurant. Although there are only a few locations, everything feels a bit lifeless & worn-out. And for some reason, a few different families had their dogs inside carts. I really really really love dogs, but sanitation rules are in place for a reason.

Great selection of fresh and dried ingredients, everything to make tacos, tamales, sauces, salsas, and other mexican/southwestern food from scratch. Great staff, too.

Ordered a catering for over $700. Not only did they give away our food to someone else but they had to remake it all over again! Didn't apologize or offer a solution! Will not be returning to order food from them ever or will I be recommending them

Taquito Pack, looks great on their weekly flyer. Terrible in reality. Lolas needs to hire a person who actually tastes the food they make and sell. You can't mess taquitos up, but congratulations Lolas restaurant your cooks managed to stuff the taquitos with tasteless, unseasoned, bland food. The potatoes not seasoned, the chorizo just cooked with no onion. Then to add insult to injury the taquitos are then perfectly over fried until it hurts to bite them. Gave one star cause you can't give them zero. Lolas step up your food, you are charging premium prices for gas station quality food!

I've driven by Lola's Market (multiple locations throughout the North Bay) so many times but have never been inside one. I was driving around thinking about where I should eat lunch, and decided to give Lola's taqueria a try. I was not disappointed! The menu is fairly extensive with items you would expect, but I was in the mood for tacos. I grabbed one chicken, one al pastor, and one lengua taco. They were all excellent! The main selling factor, for me, is the amount of meat piled onto these tacos. They taste great, but the value is even better. You get A LOT of meat. Probably enough for two tacos on each one. The tacos are a little more expensive than your normal taqueria fair, but the portions more than make up for it. If you have a big appetite and want some tacos - give your local Lola's Market a try!

After failing miserably at my local Safeway to find pigeon peas!!!!!! Customer service at Bennett valley location is non existent these days so traveled to Lolas , not only is the market clean the people who work are extremely helpful and bi lingual and helped me find all the things I needed to make a Special Spanish dish from scratch!!! I will now continue to shop at Lola's instead of Safeway

Great service with the cashiers, but not so good with one employee on the meat department I called one Saturday morning the store so they can transfer my call to the meat department this one employee answer my call, I ask for a rare type off meat and he say a bad word to me in Spanish and hung up on me, bad service

I give both stores a zero rating I had originally loved shopping at both locations but not anymore horrible customer service at the store on Sebastopol rd and racially profiled and followed by security at the Petaluma hill rd store as I shopped this is just disgraceful I guess you if your not Hispanic then your not allowed oh wait I am just dark skinned

First time going to this market. I was hoping for some super fresh salsa to add to my menu for dinner. I ended up getting some fresh steak as well. The meat department was nice and friendly. But at the deli counter I was ignored for several minutes and then served AFTER two Hispanic persons who arrived after me. It was disappointing. Also the salsa was entirely lame! I got the standard roja salsa and ended up throwing the whole container away. Yuck. I make better on a regular basis. More than likely won't go back. Too bad as the store is clean and super close to home for me!!
