For the amount of pee tests they do, they should have a mini fridge with bottled waters in the lobby to help

I had to come here for A drug test for work and I called to make an appointment because when you call it says that you can cancel an existing appointment and the lady was extremely rude saying they only did walk-ins. When I got there, the stuff at the counter was extremely rude and treated almost everyone as if they were a nuisance, and they didn’t have time to talk to anyone. They told me they would send me A text to fill out online information and to let them know when I was done And so I finished and walked up to the counter and told the girl I was done and she looked at me and then looked at her coworker and continue to conversation so I stood there then she looks back at me and says, “can I help you with something” I kind of laughed and said that I was done with the text message and sat back down. The staff in the back part of the office was extremely nice and very patient. My only advice for this office is to fire the rude little girl working in the front. She should probably get a job where she doesn’t need to work customer service I think McDonald’s is always hiring.

I got injured at work in Sacramento a week later I’m going to concentra in Santa Rosa (it was closest to my home) the first visit was ok. Although I got seen late by medical making seeing PT impossible on that day. But for my second visit. I saw PT for the first time and didn’t get any written instructions as I requested from the pt to take home I felt I needed to have for at home for reference as the PT was seeing 4 other people at the same time and didn’t explain expectations even though i was a new client, so in my own opinion my specific areas of pain were not addressed there either. After that apt I went to my medical apt. And was placed into a room to wait. I brought in my mother who has early Alzheimer’s and we were waiting in an exam room for 2 hours during our wait although the wrong PA came in and apologized for going into the wrong room. We didn’t get much interaction oh we did hear singing of happy birthday outside of our room as the staff was celebrating but no one seemed worried that we were in that room. I fell asleep on the bed provided (but my mother was pretty upset) finally my pa saw me and said zero as to why we waited for 2 almost 3 hours. If you want to be guided in this very difficult process even if you get a lot of attitude from different staff. Just ask. My second visit later in the week with PT I was rushed, seen maybe 15 minutes. For 3 specific pain locations. I myself am considering changing locations at this point.Update: this week is better. I was seen today again by PT my 3rd apt in two weeks the apt was longer and thorough I will be continuing my journey here and changing my stars from 2 to 4 as I am aware this process is to get me back to my optimal self and back working productivity again.

Wow, this place is the epitome of sociopathic capitalism in modern healthcare. I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years.I am here for a preemployment screening it is currently noon and I have been here since 8 AM in addition to an inefficiency on multiple levels they seem to have overstaffed medical assistants and understaffed actual true clinicians. In this case it’s physicians assistants.Medically lame pathetic times we are living in…concerta ceos how much $$$$ you making? Gross. Shameful and totally should be an example of what NOT to do in modern healthcare.I can’t imagine what it must be like to actually have an emergency and show up at this place’s door. Please note the workers are kind and the CEOs and Admins should be in prison for theft and services not rendered also fraud as a 4 hour wait is not really healthy? Healthcare?!….

The wait time was a little long, but the process was smooth and easy. Lots of people to get through and I think they managed to figure out a way to reduce the time as much as possible. Overall, great job and friendly staff.

They are unable to make appointments for me to come in to random test. Since I’m on a random testing, I must use my lunch break if I am selected on a work day. This means that I lose time at work, and others have to cover for me. it would be so much better if I could call in the morning and make an appointment so that I don’t miss my work

I got there early in the day for preemployment, physical immunizations and lab draw. The girls at the front desk were very rude and short. The staff doing the lab draw were very very sweet, but were unable to draw my blood after multiple pokes… The front desk girls told me that I couldn’t be seen for my physical because there were staff that had called in sick. Then they allowed me to be seen, but I waited for over two hours in the examination room. At one point a very nice staff member brought me some pretzels and Water, because they realized I have been sitting there for hours. Then, when the doctor came in, finally, he was able to get my blood after I expressed my displeasure at not having staff able to do blood draws. He was very nice. After all is said and done I was there from around 10:30 AM till almost 5 PM… Way too long for the few things I needed to have done. The visit was a mixed bag. They had some super employees with great customer service and some that were very rude and cranky.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at Concentra. Not everyone is computer literate And you offer no options for those of us who don’t understand. I requested help to get logged in to my appointment and was told no one is allowed to help me. I finally had another patient help me. But the whole experience was very humiliating. You need to make accommodations for people who don’t understand the new technology. You need more actual people working that can assist those who need it. I choose not to use your facility ever again.
