Love this place! The rates are reasonable, the hours work for me, and I am impressed with the gains I've made in strength and endurance. The key word here is SLOW. Every exercise is done sooo slow! It's great for control and avoiding injury, which are both SUPER high on my list of important things.

Super Slow moving workout location. DeDe is wonderful and very encouraging, non judgemental. 30 minutes is all it takes for one workout and you don't need to change clothes because you don't sweat! The routine is focused on the muscle movement, not on the reps and speed. Perfect for someone like myself who can't handle high impact workouts and activities.

Cool fitness is wonderful if you hate having to spend hours at the gym, sweating profusely. This gym focuses on slow movement and gives you an all over toned feeling. You do each machine for only 2 minutes, and you focus on the motion of the machine and the muscles that are working. You try to do the motion slowly and take 10 seconds each direction for a total of two minutes. I find it works a lot better than doing the same motion a bunch of times and much faster, which people do in most other gyms. And the staff is so friendly!
