The produce section was sparse today and no Romaine lettuce available. Fruit and vegetables were limited. Prices seem to rise every time I go there but it is happening everywhere.

Costco, America's favorite big bulk card entry box store. Snacks and meals at the snack bar. Everything under the sun is found at Costco. Great shopping for parties and for families. Gas purchased here for members also. Have fun!

Good prices, nice staff, parking.... its a nightmare. Though always enjoyed going here no matter what!! Even if the parking is terrible (cause amount of people who just walk in front of your car without looking....) it's just a good place to go for gas or items!

Sunday is way to busy a day to shop comfortably. The parking lot was a cluster f*!$. Vehicles going in every direction and pedestrians crisscrossing from every other direction. The pedestrians moved through the maze of confused and impatient drivers as if they were minnows and the vehicles sharks. (In the rain!) This was my first visit to Costco in about 3 years. I enjoyed the selection and the opportunity to buy necessities in quantity from organic gummy bears to plant-based laundry I think shopping at Costco is one of those situations where you have to wonder if the benefits outweigh the risks

Love shopping Costco, i save on whatever I'm buying. Of course i buy carefully, i do not buy food i know i won't go thru before it's expired, and i don't mean by the expiration date, i mean when the food is no longer good to eat. Only have 4 stars because i believe everything has room for improvement of some kind.

It was orderly chaos as it usually is at Costco. While crowded like every other location, it was still manageable. They didn't have the cookies I specifically went for, but we still managed to leave with a full cart. Check out was easy and friendly.

Worst food court I have ever been to waited for 40 mins for my food to be called number 625 so I decided to ask about food she said oh u have to go to pizza line.... i Said I got more then pizza as she is calling every number pizza or drinks but not mine. now long story short cold food and wasted my time I will never go back there again! I was told when they are busy they don't call out numbers for whole pizza even when they order more than just a whole pizza. what a joke and horrible customer service who tells a customer they dont call out numbers when busy!! Why have nunbers then! Highly don't recommend!!

I go to this store often when I'm visiting Santa Rosa as it often has items I can't find in other Costco stores like citron ginger tea and Mexican Coke. The only downside is how crowded and busy this store always is...reminds me of the Roseville store and how crowded it gets...but everyone loves Costco it seems so you just have to deal with it.

We are so screwed as a country if the people at this location, not the workers mind you, resemble a true cross section of our population. From the parking lot to almost every damn aisle inside there's somebody mouth breathing, eyes down looking at their phone while trying to eat the air because they smell popcorn and pizza.

I really can’t complain about Costco. Everything they have has been tested and you can pretty much assume that the products they offer are top of the line. The return policy can’t be beat and customer service is pretty good at most locations.

I must tell Costco they have a very Special Emplopee that just really went out of his way to assist me with my elderly mother. Amanuel was so helpful and taking time to show real, Care and Concern and helped with the electric cart and was also available upon our departure and again stopped what he was doing to assist us. He had a wonderful smile, so very friendly and could tell he really has what a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. should have. AMANEUL YOUR ARE SO VERY APPRECIATED AND WISH YOU THE BEST IN ALL YOUR ENDEAVORS. Thank You

I use to like buying their lettuces, but now they seem to go bad after 2 days of being opened. Their ceasar salads are alway WET, as of this year, when ever I have bought it.Other then that they having product like a pack of 3 flashlights which 2 work even after returning. New pack 2 working, wtf. Why are they giving out free samples again...nasty and not trusted, cough cough. My dog loved the old recipe of organic dog food then they changed the ingredients and put ancient grains in it. Fist meal i gave him he made the loudest dog nose sigh I have ever heard from him and then pushed the bowl away. I forced him to eat it, to save money, but it made him itchy and have sores on him skin that took a month to clear up. Other then that it is a wonder land of holiday WASTED OF MATERIALS. Like old Saint Richard/Johnson/Shaft/Member/ah you get what I am thrusting you towards.

The guy at the entrances was very rude to me he looked at me very weirdly and rude. Asked me what I was coming to get very rudely. No one has asked me that before Like if the costco card wasn't mine. To the other lady he didn't look at her weirdly and let her in fast. I only came to get milk for my baby. I didn't feel comfortable to get my babies milk he made me feel bad. He' was wearing a flannel. VERY RUDE!!!!!!
