Ordered 4 new Michelin ClimateControl 2 tires at this Costco Tire Center. Bret, the salesman, and all the other staff there provided truly excellent service. Great price, great service, and a very happy customer!

I use to like buying their lettuces, but now they seem to go bad after 2 days of being opened. Their ceasar salads are alway WET, as of this year, when ever I have bought it. Other then that they having product like a pack of 3 flashlights which 2 work even after returning. New pack 2 working, wtf. Why are they giving out free samples again...nasty and not trusted, cough cough. My dog loved the old recipe of organic dog food then they changed the ingredients and put ancient grains in it. Fist meal i gave him he made the loudest dog nose sigh I have ever heard from him and then pushed the bowl away. I forced him to eat it, to save money, but it made him itchy and have sores on him skin that took a month to clear up. Other then that it is a wonder land of holiday WASTED OF MATERIALS. Like old Saint Richard/Johnson/Shaft/Member/ah you get what I am thrusting you towards.

The guy at the entrances was very rude to me he looked at me very weirdly and rude. Asked me what I was coming to get very rudely. No one has asked me that before Like if the costco card wasn't mine. To the other lady he didn't look at her weirdly and let her in fast. I only came to get milk for my baby. I didn't feel comfortable to get my babies milk he made me feel bad. He' was wearing a flannel. VERY RUDE!!!!!!

We placed an order for 10 pizzas to be ready for pick up at 6 pm, they still made us wait in a huge line, just for the pizzas to not be ready. Maybe go back to your old system? This isn't efficient at all

Luis C. went over and above the call of duty when my dad was getting gas. My dad was at the pump and discovered a dead battery when Luis sprang into action and pushed the car to a safe location. He also located a jumper battery and was able to successfully start the car! My dad drove away happy and safe. Thank you Luis for being so polite and gracious!

Waited 10 days for a tire repair under warranty to be sent from Reno to Santa Rosa then waited 3.5 hours for the replacement tire to be mounted.

I tried again, and once again Costco failed. Blackberries moldy by the next day despite them staying chilled adequately from store to home and once home. Driscoll's responded very nicely and explained that the problem can't possibly be on their end given their picking and packing processes. I just need to stop buying berries here - especially when Grocery Outlet sells at a lower price!

In regards to the tire center they were 10/10 service. I came in with a flat tire 45 min before closing , they tried to fix it before replacing it entirely and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. No other tire center offered any help or assistance but Costco tire center helped immediately. They were kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Saved our vacation ! Thank you so much!

My wife my kids and myself are all throwing up because Costco sold undercooked chicken at their Santa Rosa location on Santa Rosa Ave this is not right and my whole family is I'll especially my 1 1/5 year old daughter lawsuits are coming

The best customer service from Ben at the Costco Tire Service Center. Ben was attentive, patient, and informative. Not in anyway did he treat me other than respectful. I can tell Ben is treated well at Costco and his hard work translates to the excellent customer service he provided with me. I highly recommend this Costco tire center and Ben as your technician.I recently had a tire replaced and after driving a bit my tire light went on. I inspected my car, saw no issue until I took my wife for a ride. She asked why the light was and as the conversation went she convinced me that it was something I should have looked at. Ben kindly came to help me and told me to park my car by the tire inflation station. He quickly met me there and immediately measured the tire pressure and found 3/4 tires over inflated to 41 psi from the dealer. He said my type of car needed to be 32 to 35 psi as stated in the manual. Ben was 100% correct. I looked up my manual and he was on the money. I am certain you will receive the same excellent service as I did today.

Well the cashier says Hi I turn to look to greet her like a normal person but she looks away. Why did you greet me then? Throughout the paying process her attitude showed she didn't like us didn't even say thank you after paying. Was going to ask her to put food court orders but I decided against that because given my experience she might put in wrong orders and make a big deal about it just because. Don't greet people and then completely ignore them when your the one starting convo overall bad experience.

Gotta love the seasonal stuff in Costco!! They had the chocolate covered strawberries right in time for Valentine's day and the pink bouquet also had the heart stick addition. Their seasonal stuff are always a pleasant surprise. Queue for the till is still quite long even for the self checkout, but manageable.

We are members (have executive membership) & buy quite a lot of stuff from the warehouse. The prices surely seem lesser than other whole sale places/stores such as a Safeway or a Walmart, however the variety/brands or the choice of goods is very limited. Quantities are humongous and goods are too spread out. At times it becomes so very difficult to find somethings one is looking for, that one just decides to skip buying those items and move to next. Costco definitely needs better labelling/marking of the alleys, better arranging of goods and some better plan for its customers to find goods around. Reco: It's definitely a go to place, but needs some more work which can make it an easier shopping experience. ** also, like Walmart, Costco needs to start curb side pick ups during these pandemic times
