Horrible experience. I am visited from Irvine and wanted to re-fill a prescription for my dog with terminal heart disease. I first call them to transfer the prescription from my local pharmacy but I was placed on hold for like half an hour, so I decided to go in person. After waiting in line for a long time, I gave the pharmacist all the information. I went back the following day (again waiting in line for like half an hour) and I was told that the my local pharmacist had not sent the prescription yet. To avoid complications, I call my vet office so that they sent the prescription directly. The veterinary office called me back and I was told that the pharmacy manager was refusing to re-fill the prescription and that s/he was incredibly rude and yell at the vet staff. Now my dog is running out of this life saving medication and turned out, after all my trips to the CVS pharmacy, they just didn't want to re-fill her medicine. I wish they just had told me that and don't have me waste my time.

I had a limited time $5 Extra Bucks plus another $1 EB to spend so I purchased lip gloss for half the price using my EB. It was a win win

I have been a customer at this location for a couple of years now. While they have filled my prescriptions, their customer is seriously lacking. There has never been a time when I've been in there without having to wait to check out, both at the pharmacy counter and the regular checkout. They are seriously understaffed. Tonight I pulled up to the drive up pharmacy window at a 7:58pm. The pharmacy is open until 9, yet as I was driving up, they were pulling the cover down over the window. I rang the bell a few times but nobody came. I sat there and called the pharmacy, waited on hold and was told that they were short staffed and the drive up window was closed. This is the second time I've had this experience, the first was last year on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend when upon arriving at the drive up window at about 8:45pm, it was already closed. I had had surgery at UCSF earlier that day and was finally on my way home after an extremely long day but I had to go inside with my daughter to get my script filled because we were told there were no customers so they decided to close the drive up window early. On one occasion my prescription was overfilled and I was given a 90 day supply, yet only charged for 30 days, and the next month it happened again. The third time, I told them to return it to stock, and I called and spoke with the store manager. Tomorrow I will pick up my last prescriptions at this store. I will be finding a differerent pharmcy close to my office instead of my home because it's not worth the hassle, no matter how convenient the location. It doesn't matter how conveniently located they are if they're not open when they say they are and when you expect them to be. Upon reviewing their website, there is no option to contact them, no customer service number to call to discuss issues at a corporate level, so I guess that tells you everything you need to know about their customer service philosophy. Poor customer service + prescription mistakes = lack of trust, so goodbye CVS.

So many issues I tried to discuss them with the management at the store to no avail. This was helpful

Drive through is the worst. I was waiting behind a car for my turn and it took longer than usual. The pharmacist was having a lengthy discussion about something with the driver. This is supposed to be an express lane for fast service and I was annoyed at the long wait so I got out and asked the pharmacist if this was going to take long. He did not answer, just had an angry look. So I asked him again if this was going to take long because there were several of us waiting. He still did not reply, just had an angry face. I went back to the car when I heard a loud scream telling me that "if I did not like it go to another store". I replied, you have a big mouth. The wilder beast in the car then repeated the same as loud as possible. When it finally moved away I drove up to the window at which point that young, punk pharmacist started to chastise me that they do not allow me to yell at customers and will not permit this kind of behavior. Excuse me???? It was that beast who yelled at me so loud that everyone in the store must have heard it, not me. How dare he place the blame on me for what that low class female did. Who did he think he was anyway, the speech police? How dare he try to scold a customer who is old enough to be his mother! He should have put that wilder beast in her place when she opened her giant mouth and yell in his face, not me. His job is only to dispense medicines and provide information about them, not to act as a disciplinarian, After shopping at pharmacies for 50 years I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist, who should be a professional, and know how to conduct himself with customers. I will never set foot in another CVS again but go across the street to Rite Aid from now on. This was not the first time an employee was rude there but the last. If you want this kind of disrespectful treatment also, continue to shop at CVS. I wont.

Service performance in healthcare is heavily scrutinized. It is critical to focus on providing positive experiences for patients that begins as soon as they enter the door. Everyone must do their part to convey a sense of courtesy, caring, and helpfulness. I am really frustrated at the male pharmacy tech at this location. As I was trying to get a family members prescription filled, he rolled his eyes while asking for insurance information. "Do I get to go home after this?" Very disrespectful considering he was in the middle of helping me. I work in healthcare as well, if I was to ever say such a thing my patients would be furious. If you dislike your job find a new field, but if you are going to be in healthcare change your attitude. Being kind and empathetic goes a long way. Not to mention the other pharmacy tech was on her cell phone. As important as calls may be, please step out and take personal calls! They can become distractions that could potentially damage interaction with the patients. A visit to the pharmacy can be stressful enough without having to deal with unfriendly, inattentive, and disorganized staff.

I do not recommend the pharmacy and I really want to give it -5 stars. They made me and my mom wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for my mom's insulin just to tell us they don't have it. I'm definitely changing pharmacy's never going there again.

I think that the people who work here are extremely nice and work really hard at what they do. I appreciate all they do for us costumers and how on top they are of things. They are professional and sweet.

This pharmacy has the WORST pharmacist I've EVER dealt with in my Life!! He tried to tell me what's "good for me " against my Doctor's orders & did this all the the day before I'm to leave the country for Over a month! He delayed my entire day by 6 hours. A simple 10 minute transaction he managed to turn into that long of a nightmare for me. My Dr was in shock! I Only switched 2 months ago from the Yulupa one because they didn't have 1 of my meds in Stock but I'd rather drive Miles away then to Ever return to this craphole. Blond guy is a duchebag!

Francisco is a joke!!! The man needs to be fired. If a pharmacy tech can be less than helpful he's the guy. I have to work harder at getting my prescriptions filled than he does. Why this dunce is in charge of prescriptions that require a TAR, Treatment Authorization Request is beyond me. He doesn't do his job and always has someone else to blame it on. Now Jessica, Snowie (James), Elizabeth, Rachel and Phoebe, will go out of their way for you, always helpful and will offer information, even before you ask.
