I've been coming here for years but not anymore. They don't open till 10 and close at 6. They share space with target the store. I was at my doctor office till 530 drove to cvc to get a very important prescription only to get there just after 6. I had to suffer all night till the next day. If the pharmacy can't match hrs with the store it's no longer a benefit to shopping here. I will never come to this pharmacy again and probably won't shop at target either. Good job cvc your not helping target your hurting them

Is it possible for people to be more incompetent and rude? I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years because it's the closest to me. I have excused the rudeness and inability to do their jobs for the convenience of being able to walk up and pick up my meds. I can't take the incompetence anymore. I am now 30+ days without my meds because they can't figure out what they are doing. Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else!!

The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. My prescription was ready same day i requested it from my doctor! This is a small pharmacy and it is a good idea to check ahead in case they have to order your medication.

Clerk straight lied to me about glucometer kit containing test strips. Pharmacist had apparently told him they were waiting for my doctor to fax them a corrected script for the test strips so they didn’t have them ready yet. Clerk LIED and said strips were in kit for until then. Not like uncontrolled blood sugar can’t be fatal or anything /s. Ridiculous, especially after their fax machine not being able to complete a fax to Costco across the parking lot all week while I waited for this to be filled to begin with! Then they had to order it because they don’t keep it in stock. WTAF??

Are you serious!? This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with in a long time. I just try to fill a prescription at this Target pharmacy location today, it wasn't ready yet cuz I literally had just left my doctor's office which I understand, and I'm happy to just wait for it or be notified when it's ready, no big deal. I did however want to update my information on insurance. The woman behind the counter spoke very little English at best, and had a very very heavy Asian accent and was incredibly hard to understand. She kept repeating herself almost yelling at me, and when I would ask a question simply for clarification to make sure I understood what she was trying to ask me, she would get irritated. By the time it was all said and done and she asked if they could send me text messages to notify me when it was ready and I said yes, she then repeated it again, to which I said yes I understand that, to which she continued to repeat it at least three more times and look at me like I was stupid. The last time I said yes I understand that you said that multiple times are we done now? And she said yes we're done you can go very rudely. I absolutely do not appreciate any bit of her at all whatsoever. She's rude and does not seem to know what she's doing very well because she continuously had to ask for help, I understand that if she's a newer person but she needs to watch her attitude if that's the case. This is going to be the first and last time I have a prescription filled here.

Can I give no stars? The actual pharmacist seems nice enough, I know he is probably swamped! But the staff are extremely rude. The lady yesterday literally tried to argue that amoxicillin and norco were the SAME prescription. My husband's doctor had sent the prescription over and they accepted, the prescription said it was in process. I went in to see if I could get a time estimate, because I had my husband at home needing the medication. As soon as she saw me and I'm assuming recognized me from earlier in the day she said "no! You already got his prescription!"!i said "oh, no ma'am, that was for a different medication." She absolutely refused and then canceled it. Had to call my husband's doctor after hours to have him change the Rx to a different store because she stated I already tried to fill his medication previously that day so she canceled it. Meanwhile my poor husband is at home in pain because this woman doesn't know basic medication names. She treated me as if I was trying to scam the system to get more pain medication. Isn't it common knowledge that amoxicillin is an antibiotic?! I mean come on. That's your job lady! I've had bad experiences with this store in the past. Try having a prescription for something that (and I quote) "is really unnecessary, and you don't need actually need it" (Ritalin) and coming here to pick it up. Like yeah, I'm not going to die without it. But ya know it actually helps with my actual adhd that's why my actual doctor gave me a prescription for it. But, this whole situation with her not knowing basic medication names really put me over the edge. The fact that she straight up treated me like a drug addict while I'm trying to get my husband his medication is absolutely ridiculous. I VERY politely explained to her that, yes, I had previously that day filled a prescription for him that day for an antibiotic, and now that the procedure has been completed the doctor has ordered medication for after care, since ya know cutting into someone's face is painful it actually requires a pain medication on top of the medication he received for the infection. She clearly needs to go back to school, and maybe take a class on human decency while she is there. UNBELIEVABLE. Even fellow shoppers who could easily overhear her gave suggestions to me on where else to go and what to do for him while the rx was being transferred. She continued to obnoxiously explain, to myself and to the fellow customers trying to assist me in explaining this to her, that she was busy and had better things to do and I needed to contact my doctor if I wanted a "second pain medication." Dear, CVS amoxicillin is not a pain medication, people really do take adhd medications for actual adhd, and you're actually allowed to pick up more than one Rx in a day.... Also, it doesn't hurt to be nice!!! No do not get me wrong, there is a young girl who works there who is very sweet and has always been kind to me. But if I don't see her working there I just know I'm going to have trouble.

It has been one week after my doctor sent an order but the medicine was not ready yet. I stayed in line for 20 minutes and he said the medicine is not ready until another couple hours. It’s fine, I went home and got a text said medicine is ready to pick up, I came back and stayed in line for another 15 minutes and then he said he couldn’t give me the medicine because the pharmacist was not there. This pharmacy is a joke, unbelievable.

This has GOT to be the worst pharmacy, my Dr sent a prescription to CVS on Oct 25,2021 they did not have it ready till Nov 2, 2021 , correction they only had one of two of my medications ready. They told my husband it'll be ready when it's ready. Nov 3, is when I finally got the second one. Mind you I have Bronchitis. THE WORST NIGHTMARE OF A PHARMACY They don't deserve a star at all

They did not tell us when we picked up the prescription that it had to be kept cold. My eye doctor said not to use it and to take it back and ask for a refund. I did. The pharmacist would not do anything for me, even tho it was their fault. That SUCKS!
