I regret getting the name of the guy that helped me today! I called at around 9:30 am and needed to pre-shop for my Husband, who was picking it up for me. The guy on the phone was super helpful, we both had to google what I wanted because I didn't even know the name of what I needed. He was patient and kind. Thank you so much!

I am so happy I found this vape shop. It is so hard to find a store that sells the liquid I use and they have it and are good about keeping stocked up as this is a popular brand. The two people I have dealt with when I come in are very friendly and helpful. I am now a regular customer and this is my favorite vape shop!

Previously a die hard loyal customer years ago. Went back to regular cigs for a bit, now for health reasons am back to my ASPIRE tank and a new variable battery. Now in need of some old school atomizers- rely on paratransit to get around. I have called the contact number Listed on their website as how to contact for two days now approx total of 20&25 calls at random times of their posted operating hours. It for the phone to NEVER BE ANSWERED EXCEPT 2X LED TO RECORDED MSG BUT NO BEEP . Being as I need to know if they have the. In stock how much etc.. so I can arrange a paratransit ride over to store I'm now in Bennett Valley and it takes a long time for me to get where on goi f and back. Oh we their customer service in person is/was superb but I'll just go to another store closer to me and suck up their lack.of ppl skills and outrageous prices.
