Super clean and organized new Dollar Tree. Friendly on the ball clerks. Stocked with most stuff you need. Great use of this building in replacement of the old Rite Aid. It's right next to Safeway.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful . They had everything I needed and as always I leave with more than what I anticipated. The store looked amazing. It was very clean and organized. It is by far my favorite Dollar Tree. Welcome to the neighborhood ??

Great selection of items for a dollar and a quarter. This location is pretty well stocked. There are two self serve registers. And unfortunately not enough cashiers.

It's the dollar store. Nothing exciting to report. This one is slightly smaller than some others in the area but they have a nice big shared parking lot. I can normally get parking right in front. They surprisingly have a lot of vegan food so that's awesome for me and my dairy free husband. The service is never great but never terrible either. I'd say average service for these stores.

I don't know WHAT is going on with this store. We like to pick up snacks here once in a while. The last two times I've been in, it looks like the store is going out of business, their stock is so low. Empty racks. It looks like trying to get something in a communist country.

I know it's only Dollar (or $1.25) Tree and one shouldn't have too many expectations. What DT does, it generally does well, but this store leaves a lot to be desired compared to the other 3 in SR. Tonight it was ridiculously under-stocked. No frozen food whatsoever. The case appeared to be working--the shelves were cold. The only OTC meds on the shelf were "sinus pain" medication and Pepto. No AAA batteries. Other end caps bare. I noticed the candy aisle was very bare. Just an all around wasted trip at $6.60/gal gas. Ugh.

I have shopped at your Marlow Rd store since it opened. the other day I was in the store waiting in line, I looked up at the ceiling and saw all this black mildew and huge holes in the ceiling. your Store has easy access etc. But until you get the mold removed and a new ceiling on your store I and several other people I know will go else where.

Another review. The checker Stephanie is rude and lazy. She asked me to take all items out of the hand basket and put the basket away for her. Sorry i dont get paid to do your job. Also always ask for your receipt because she has charged me for items i never purchased. I will start going to a different dt from now on.

If I could give a minus rating, I would. I went in there yesterday and as I was checking out, the MANAGER of the store was eating her lunch in a chair at the end of the check stands MASK OFF . Just chomping away, eating her lunch, looking about as unprofessional as she possibly could. When I asked the checker, " Aren't masks mandatory in here?" Her response was " Well, she's eating her lunch and she's 6 feet away from you". (Gee, I guess asking her to inhale her lunch in her office would have been too much to ask). Anyone with a brain knows how germs travel and I would bet any amount of money she wasn't vaccinated to boot. I realize getting reliable help (or any help for that matter) is difficult at best during these times, but to have the MANAGER stuffing her face in front of every customer who was checking out was distasteful to say the very least. Defiantly not wearing her mask in front of customers who are doing their best to stay healthy was DISGUSTING. I'm never setting foot in that place again.

I can see why this store has 2 stars. I went looking for halloween deco of course super late and asked the lady if there was anything left. The lady walked passed super fast and said I dont know where it is in the most snotty tone. So I clapped back with the same attitude and said ok do you have someone that knows?! Now before I rant I will say there was a nice gentleman that worked there that chimed in and said they will get a truck tomorrow to try back then. Thats how service should be no matter where you are. Coming from a retail management background I was appalled at her reaction. I mean I know its the dollar tree and everything is a dollar not to mention the pay is minimum wage but dam be grateful that you have a job! I know I cannot expect much from a place like that. Just the other day a woman working at the check stand in petaluma and had her speaker playing music super loud. As much as I love music that is not appropriate in a work place. I would have wrote her up if it was my store. They are there to offer a service. I blame management for not taking a passion to offering exceptional service to make a difference and stand out from other retailers. Be authentic in your service level. Appreciate your employees and they will not behave like that. Maybe as a company you should think about that. While target is paying checkers $18 an hour. Again excuse my rant I know its the jainky dollar tree. Just had to say how I felt. All the retailers should do better because brick and morter stores are not guaranteed to stay open especially nowadays. Do Better for your paying customers

WORST DOLLAR STOR IN SANTA ROSA ! Lines 10 plus deep and the Manager Christopher was walking around chatting with customers instead of jumping on a register or filling balloons. He is absolutely useless and should NOT be a manger. Customer service is definitely lacking in this store. We will not be back

This place is an absolute nightmare. Always junk on the floor. Messy and empty shelves. I never shop here, but on occasion when i do, I dread going here.

Personally I don't know why there are so many bad reviews here. It looks like people have had some outer world experiences and others are simply upset with adjusted times. Every time ive shopped here I've been more than happy with the stock, cleanliness, and staff. There's someone different every time and I've never had any issues! Truthfully I feel like people use Yelp exclusively to complain about their 1 out of 10 trips, and not the other way around. Thank you to this Dollar Store for being open the entire pandemic! You're hard working staff is thanked and I appreciate you!

On 7/27/ 2020 I went to the Marlow Road Dollar tree store in Santa Rosa CA. to pick up afew items for my granddaughters birthday. As I was up at the check out, two employees they said their names were Tony and Connie were talking about a customer who had just left the store prior to me going to the check out counter, they were talking making fun of her hands. I told them that is not ok to talk bad about customer or employees in front of other customers. They told me it was none of my business. I told them it was my business becouse they were talking to each other over my shoulder. They tried making up excuses for talking bad about a customer. Both checker got rude and told me it was not a right ,but a privilege to shop at the dollar store and that they had the right to refuse services to anyone they pleased. I told them I knew that they were going to talk bad about me when I left the store. They called me "Karen " becouse I called them out on their unethical behavior. I tried reaching cooperate office but the answer matching said they were no longer taking any information about this location. My guess is that maybe they didnt want to get anymore complaints about this store. I worked retail for awhile years ago, behavior like this would have been reson for immediate dismissal. I have been shopping Dollar Tree store for many years ,and have never before had nothing but positive interactions with other Dollar Tree Stores. Being a disabled person myself I do not tolerate bad treatment of handicapped or disabled persons. Please remember that disabled and handicapped people deserve respect just as much as anyone else.
