One of the workers did a great job fixing my bike. I am glad to have it in working order. They were very professional. I will return here if I have any more problems or need gear.

Best bike shop around! Their bike inventory is great as is their service for cyclists, tri-athletes, fittings, clothing, bike repair and adjustments and more.

Outstanding! Echelon had expert service, great prices, parts I needed in stock, and super friendly staff who went out of their way to help customers. I'd priced getting a replacement part from the dealer where I bought my new bike. They quoted 2x the cost of what Echelon charged. They wanted to schedule a month out, while Echelon had my bike ready within 2 hours. The dealer was actually kinda nasty about it, since they mostly want to sell new bikes, while Echelon was super helpful, talked through alternatives, did some searches online even with me. This is my new go-to shop for all cycling needs.

Apparently this place is supposed to be a Santa Cruz dealer yet they seemed to know very little about their bikes. Even after giving them the exact year making model of my frame they didn't seem to want to help me with ordering the correct size cranks. They told me "go look it up on the Internet". I figure if that's the case then I'll just buy the parts off the Internet as well. Seems as if they're not interested in gaining any new customers. Very poor customer service and not very friendly people at all. This is not what I'm used to from bike shops in my area.

I was in search of my first road bike and was recommended to visit Echelon from a local triathlete. I am so grateful for this! Kevin and his team have been such a valuable, friendly resource to me and my new activity. From selecting the right bike, to deciphering the setup manual for my Kickr setup, I consistently walk away from Echelon feeling I made the right decision on who to do business with. 5 stars all the way!

When i first went here i was very happy, everyone seemed very nice and Keven a tech there was very helpful. Then came my second time there. I came in with a rear flat on my electric bike. Again Keven seemed very nice, until i came back to pick up my bike. Keven told me it took him a half hour to change the tube because he had to take the detailer and brake caliper off to get the wheel off when normally he says it takes him only 30 second. I find that too be a major exaggeration. Keven told me because it took him so long that he can no longer change my flat for me because it takes him to long, talk about an ego. He stated he can't charge me $50 to change a tube. Who turns turns down a paying job. If I'm willing to pay it's his job to do it not worry about my finances. He also told me I'd have to go on YouTube to learn how to do it myself. Not bad advice but if i want a professional to work on my bike i guess I'll just have to go to Norcal Bike Sport. Be warned if you go to Echelon Cycle & Multisport if the job takes to long for Keven it seems he'll pick and choose what jobs he'll do, and which bruise his ego and he'll refuse to do in the future, even if you're a paying customer. Stupid way to do business.

I had purchased my first 29er dual suspension mountain bike from a local shop 2 years ago. After my purchase every time I went back for the free adjustments I felt like I was bothering them. I'd ask a question and they were totally rude and short with me. I went into Echelon a few weeks ago and spoke to Kevin. I learned more from him in 15 minutes about my bike than I did in 2 years from the other shop. He was super friendly and informative. I had his shop do a tune up and convert my tires to tubeless. Austin was working the counter when I picked up my bike. He was also very friendly and informative as well. My bike feels BETTER than new now. I highly recommend Echelon! Keep up the great work and customer service approach Kevin and Team.

I purchased handle bar extensions from them online, couldn’t find them ANYWHERE locally (NJ). They shipped the package faster than promised, included a free swag hat and a hand written thankyou note for the business. 5-stars isn’t enough for these guys!
