Great service. Car runs perfectly! Even got a bottle of wine for first time customer! Mercedes repair and service is so expensive that I'm not sure how good a deal it was, but I think it was better than the dealership

They broke my radiator. I brought my car in for a routine service, and they told me the coolant reservoir was leaking. I had only noticed it leaking once, a small amount, but I figured ok, better get that fixed. A few days after I got it fixed the check coolant light started turning on, when it hadn’t been turning on before. I brought it back in and now they said the radiator was leaking, and it would be $1400 to fix. The car started leaking huge puddles of coolant every time I parked it, and I had never had that problem before. I wish they had warned me that fixing the coolant reservoir would cause the radiator to leak, because I wouldn’t have done it, it made the problem 100 times worse.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A $200 and change checkup turned into $1000. This fellow whom I believe owned the place, found that I needed a new battery and told me that the Mercedes battery was about the same price as another well-known brand-WRONG. I am not a car expert so I trusted the man's advice when I was told that I needed new plugs, a transmission oil change, and some other procedure that I have forgotten. I won't be back. He did give me a bottle of wine that I used for cooking!

From the very first call, they were very friendly and professional about answering any questions we had about our vehicle’s service. They made sure to follow up with us about everything that was going on and the experience was above and beyond anything that we had expected. They treat you like family and all the people that work here are genuinely there to help you and to take care of you. We had never been here before this experience, and now we have no reason to go anywhere else for our future service needs. This is the only place we recommend you take your vehicle! You will not be disappointed!

I had such a great experience the whole way from the day I came in to the day I got the car. The receptionist is so welcoming and nice! She got me in the next morning! Richard is amazing took care of us and was able to diagnose my sons car which needed a new amplifier. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back again to get my sons car serviced! Ooh and I got a bottle of wine and a car wash and cleaned the inside! Thank you guys for the great service

If there were more than five stars, Richard and the team at European Sales & Service would get it! I have been a loyal customer of MBZ of Oakland (20 years+) and MBZ of Santa Rosa (1 year+). Prior to my experience with Richard, I wouldn't have considered going anywhere but my trusted dealers. Because MBZ of Santa Rosa was booked out three weeks and my car needed immediate attention, I found what I consider the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Excellent service, done when promised, and I'm thrilled to support a qualified independent. I'm switching my loyalty right now!!!

Had such a great experience at European Sales & Service. I explained to Richard how I was crunched for time to get something fixed & he was able to fit me in ASAP. He is a great communicator, I felt comfortable leaving my car here. Overall, my experience was 5/5 & I will continue to bring my car here for future services.

Amazing customer service! I have not even brought my car in yet but Richard is absolutely amazing. I have no doubt my in person service will be just as great. I called 5 minutes before closing as I was having an issue with my car, not only was he kind & friendly he scheduled me an appointment with such caring words. Then he called me back to speak to my husband about the issue I was having, this was @ 6:30 pm. It is hard to find good, honest people these days. I would recommend this business to anyone.... Not sure why I did not leave the Mercedes dealership service department a long time ago!

Just moved to the area and needed to get the car serviced, it was very easy to set up an appointment. Richard explained everything in detail and even got charge less on the transmission service due to the type it was. I will be back from my B service!
