I booked a room with Priceline. I arrived on a late flight. They couldn’t check me in because they said the night audit was going on on their computer. They refused to give me a room. Worse customer service. It is 1am and they won’t let a customer have a room. They could have easily called Priceline and they would see that I paid for the room. They could also hold my credit card and drivers license. This is so ridiculous. They keep saying it is the policy. I can believe the policy is to leave someone outside. Unbelievable.

While the staff here is nice while we were there we were handed sheets to change our bed and the fresh towels were not ready until after 730PM.The sheriffs department would come knock loudly on doors at night and people would just throw their trash out where they parked, my husband swept up peoples trash on at least two different occasions. No one picked up after their pet and people smoked right outside their door, so if one's air is on in comes the smoke. Hill I felt "ok" there it did seem a bit worrisome at times. Could definitely benefit from hiring a good manager and cleaning up property.

The rooms are always dirty, the walls are covered in what have you. The fridges are musty, cabinet drawers are never wiped clean and furniture is falling apart. If you stay on the first floor except to find roaches.

was on 3rd floor. Very noisy! You really hear the highway noise.Air conditioner blows directly on the bed. I ask to have the bill sent to my email, no email was sent. No coffee, only had granola bars for breakfast.

I booked this room for 2 of my family members on 8/18/23. After checking in, my Uncle called me stating that there were bed bugs in the bed and they couldn't stay here. I went back to the hotel because I purchased the room on my credit card for them. I was told by the front desk "your card won't be charged and we have authorized a refund to Priceline." I didn't use Priceline but ok. I called the 3rd party booking company that I actually did use and they were unaware of the situation. They attempted to call the hotel to inquire. They were unable to reach the hotel and stated that they tried a couple of times. Later this morning I called the hotel myself to inquire about the "refund authorization." The "team lead" person who answered the phone talked over me, interrupted me, and was very condescending when she was doing so. Everything that person said to me had a "silent stupid" at the end of the sentences. She was aggressive and rude and after I asked to speak to the manager, she shouted "I'M THE TEAM LEAD AND I'VE BEEN HERE FOR 4 YEARS!" I told her that I was trying to aske something but she wouldn't allow me to finish my sentences and she was interrupting me and talking over me. She denied talking over me and interrupting me by first interrupting me, then talking over me. I then asked what the manager's name was and she shouted it at me. She was the most disrespectful person customer service "hospitality" person I've ever encountered. She made me feel scared, frustrated and angry, in that order. NASTY NASTY PERSON! It literally felt like an assault.

I stayed here at this location while working in Santa Rosa. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed including a kitchen. Customer service was spectacular and Michelle helped me with all my booking necessities. She even went above and beyond to make sure my stay as smooth as possible. Thank you Michelle and thank you Extended Stay of America. Will be staying here from now on whenever I am in Santa Rosa.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean.

I called the hotel and spoke to this guy, he claimed his name was Adrian and he’s a manager. I was explaining that the hotel charged my card despite me canceling the reservation. He was extremely rude. I asked for his last name but he chose to hang up on me. Earlier on I asked him to transfer me to someone else like a manger but he chose not to. This is definitely the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel that I’ve ever been to.

I've had to stay there numerous times, I'm actually here now. my arrival in this area was met with pretty extreme circumstances and the staff here has been more than friendly helpful and and concerned. I choose this room over others every time because I always get treated with respect and genuine concern and help. that means a lot to me and the rooms are clean and there's never any problems here that I have encountered

Horrible experience. Furniture is old and beat up and one of the beds was broken. Mattresses are hard as a rock. Door wouldn't even close all the way and a lot of cold air was coming in. Bathroom was disgusting with a dirty shower head and what looked like covered up mold on the ceiling. Trash on the stairway and just some questionable people hanging around the parking lot. Definitely not going back. They offer complimentary breakfast which consisted of a chocolate muffin and coffee.

What can I say about this place that is good? Not much. I stayed there for 4 days and out of all the Extended Stays this is the worst. The doors in the kitchen were not there. The sheets were paper thin. The bed skirt was torn and the paint on the walls was chipping away. The kitchen you couldn't cook in. They didn't offer you pans the microwave took twice as long to heat up foods then normal. It was very dark inside and the curtain was hanging off the rod. The walls were paper thin. I could hear when the people upstairs flushed the toilet or took a shower. It was super cringe. 2 good things the guy at the front desk was nice and it was clean. Pick another Extended stay to stay at.

Late check in ....was told no check ins after midnight? Really? Good thing i was there at 11:45. But the rest of my party was in route. I was told i could not check in for them. Then the fun began with the computer being slow and not working properly. Also, the rooms were showing dirty? At midnight. The lobby was now filling up. My party finally arrived. Because the computer was slow, they were able to check in.... eventually. Got to my room finally after about 45 minutes of BS. Now to be fair?, the young lady behind the counter was calm. That's good because the lady who just wanted tp.... and was pregnant... had to wait 20 minutes for the desk clerk to come back from checking to see if the rooms were actually dirty or not. So i get to my room and, no frills is an understatement. I half expected a drain in the middle of the floor for hose down! The establisnment wad dirty with overflowing trash bins. And my room still had trash in the can in the bathroom. If i was not so exhausted...i would have left. And to cap it off.. one in my party had no shower curtain in their room. Now, i understand that the hotel business is tough but this is an obvious management issue. Never again and stay away from these hotels!

Staying here a few nights a week while working at a job site in Northern Marin County. The room is basic and clean enough...a fly or 2 but otherwise no bugs. Clean sheets and towels. Poor water pressure in the shower. The motel clientele varies: most are quiet and a few are not. Folks with dogs are usually on the first floor. Bags full of trash are piled on the stairs. All of the above is ok with me. What is not ok is some of the front desk staff. Jamie, the manager, is very polite & friendly. The woman who runs the desk in the morning is also very nice. But there are 2 other women, usually there in the afternoon around 4pm, who are EXCEPTIONALLY rude. I know other customers have posted about rude staff, I just wonder why nothing is being done about it.

Great comfort and kind staff. Slept like babies in a comfy bed! Had to wait for my truck to fixed while traveling and they had the room for us. And it had a great kitchen and lots of space. Cleanliness and good location!
