5 Stars!! ?
Set the entire thing up online. It was simple & quick! Even included the lock inside the unit when I got there. The unit was totally clean swept out.
The only issue I had was I having to stop and enter the gate code manually instead of the gate opening remotely via their app. Would totally recommend!!!

Review update
Storage units aren't bad. Pretty clean and well maintained. New office staff is great. Lamone was kind and helpful withy move out. I'd definitely recommend talking to him if you possible.

I often travel for long periods of time several times a year and put my car into a storage unit when I do. This is by far the best storage unit experience I have had.
First of all, this is a fully staffed unit (many are not anymore) and are extremely helpful and proactive. I booked quite a few weeks ahead of time and the staff followed up with me and let me know my unit was ready the day before. When I needed to change my move in date it was done over the phone in minutes.
When I arrived at the storage unit Pam went above and beyond, even offering to drive me back to the front of the facility and helping direct me as I pulled my SUV into the unit which turned what is often a stressful solo endeavor into a fun experience. Pam also walked me through the passcode, after staff hour entry process, and location of my unit.

Extra Space Storage is a ripoff I got a quote of $ 129.99 then a friend called and got a quote of $ 59.99 literally 30-45 sec. after I called. This is a opportunist con job scam at best they analyze and profile the customer and charge them whatever they think they can get away with or make you believe I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY WAY ! ☠️

Lamone gave me excellent customer service. He was so helpful, nice, and informative. He told me all my options so I could make the right choice on upgrading my unit, and even gave me a deal. And he gave me all the details I needed so I wouldn't feel stressed making this move. I was so impressed. Definitely 5 star service.
