I had a truly wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage on 4495 Streamside Dr in Santa Rosa. The gentleman at the counter was top-notch — incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely understanding. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like I truly mattered, not just another customer.
He took the time to give me clear, helpful tips on everything — how to get in and out easily, where to park, and how to make sure my belongings are secure. His kindness and professionalism made what can be a stressful process feel calm and manageable.
The facility itself is spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell they take real pride in keeping the building clean, safe, and organized.
I’m very grateful for the level of care and respect I was shown, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility that’s both clean and staffed by people who truly care.

Robbie provided one of the most pleasant, thorough, and informative Customer service interactions I’ve had in years. Absolutely top-notch. Extra space storage is fortunate to have him working for them.

A perfect seamless experience from the beginning everything was done online and storage space was waiting for me I love the clean facilities access to the bathroom and ice cold water in the fountain
