I brought my car in for a flat tire, and was told I need to replace the wheels. It has taken several weeks trying to purchase a set for myself, but I have called in multiple times and been told that there was no charge or concern of parking space for my car. Without notice they towed it and nobody at Firestone can tell me why or where it is. They have my name phone number and car on file, because I was a customer. They had the keys to the vehicle and gave them to the towing company. Update: Since Management responded to my review I will update my post. Management was not available to speak to me today, I opened a customer complaint case with corporate. I had to come up with 700 out of pocket to get my car out of impound before the fees got any higher. It seems like Firestone should be responsible for this fee... as they mistakenly towed a customers car. If they ever do anything to help I will update this review. BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great fast efficient service here on Santa Rosa Ave! Had car towed down on a Sat and they said that they probably wouldn’t get to it until Sun which we were fine with. Called us an hour or so later with an estimate, we approved it. Car was done same day!!!!

I had an appointment at 3 o’clock and I sat there for two hours for an oil change. Also to learn that they put not exactly the same oil as they put in my car before my car is brand new and they put half-and-half this time so I have to come back in 5000 miles instead of 10,000 miles they didn’t look at their own record of me in the system. They also noted that I have 115,000 miles but I have 11,000. They were very off, it was very uncomfortable and it made me feel like I need to go somewhere else next time. It’s my bad for making an appointment after seeing on Google last week that Firestone has fraudulent issues

Waited 20 minutes for Michael to process my inspection. During this time at least 5 customers called in and were put on indefinite hold. They need a receptionist. I was quoted prices the day before and told to bring my vehicle in the morning and it would be completed the same day. The quote came back $70 higher than quoted on the phone without added work. In addition they wanted the car overnight

Don’t waste your time to book an appointment via the third party or online. They will just call you to reschedule. This place has terrible time management. You’ll have an appointment scheduled then they will call you to reschedule because “they are busy”. It’s ridiculous. This place is going downhill. Firestone should be aware and hire efficient staff.

We hired them to fix a valve cover gasket and the mechanic didn't know how to use the hood lever to pop the hood and a forced it and broke it. The manager name is Ron and the mechanic that forced the hood is Jose if a mechanic is truly a mechanic doesn't he know how to pop a hood. Never take your car to this business go somewhere else.

We had them fix a valve gasket. the mechanics didn't know how to use the hood lever and just yanked on it as hard as it could breaking the latch that holds the hood. Ron the manager and Jose was the mechanic. It's on dash cam video. I filled a claim and Firestone denied it. All they do is protect themselves. It's going to cost more to fix what they broke than the actual repair I hired then for. Take your car some where else. I will never go back there again. If your mechanic don't know how to open a hood is he really a mechanic.

Really outrageous experience between the call center and the shop. Two hours on the phone and when I showed up at the shop I was told I had NO Appointment. Don't even bother with these people. If they can't keep their schedule what would they do to your car?
