Bought both of our Toyotas from this dealership and never had a problem with them until now. After servicing one of our vehicles they caused damage by not securing a fender liner with the proper fasteners. At speed the fender came in contact with the tire causing damage to both. I brought the vehicle back in and initially thought that they were goin to take care of their mistake as they ordered a replacement fender liner and scheduled a appointment to install it. After the replacement I had to point out again that the tire had been damaged. This is the point where a manager named Steven denied that they had caused any damage even though they had just replaced the damaged fender liner. Steven’s attitude and demeanor was completely hostile and unprofessional to say the least. We will not be bringing our vehicles back to Freeman Toyota nor our future business. Avoid the Freeman service department at all cost.

I was quoted $209 for a service on the phone, more than the other quotes I got but decided to go with it for ease of service. When I got there they said that it would be $276, then when I stated that I was quoted less they took off some services and got it down to $251, still much higher than what they said on the phone. I ended up doing it but will probably go elsewhere next time. My service rep was nice and polite though. The last time that I went there to look at a new Prius I got a really rude salesman. Not a great move as I have bought two new Priuses off of the lots in the past eight years. I am in the market but will look elsewhere.

Their appointment system is a still a joke. When you call for an appointment you instead get a text message to use for your appointment and a broken link. Be prepared to be told that the things you experience as problems can't be reproduced and therefore aren't happening (if they might be covered by warrantee.) But at the same time be prepared for other problems to be presented to you as "critical" for service or repair. I've had major communication issues here. These dudes straight up lie.

honestly, the best customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership. Johnny Greenblat made me feel super welcomed and right at home. I would definitely recommend anyone with a Toyota to come here!

Love visiting the parts department here, while you might pay more for genuine Toyota parts than other retailers, you'll get a solid experience and knowledgeable staff that know their stuff.

The fuel door would not open so I took my RAV4 to Freeman Toyota in hopes that they could check it out since I was almost out of fuel and did not have an appointment. Upon arriving Tuan checked out the issue and promptly got a service tech to look at the fuel door. They determined that it was a small clip that needed to be replaced. The part was in stock, it was replaced and I was on my way within 20 min. Now that's AMAZING customer service. Tuan has helped us out many times over the years. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Tuan!

The buying process here was phenomenal - the sales team is truly amazing. However, avoid the service department. Go to another service department for your maintenance. The customer service here is abhorrent and the managers are the worst of it. I've now experienced first hand a reputable company using threats and intimidation tactics to get themselves out of taking responsibility for their mistakes. It makes me think they're running a shady operation. Avoid getting your car serviced here at all costs.

The Sales team at Freeman Toyota was immensely helpful in assisting me through the sales process of purchasing a new 4Runner TRD Pro. Specifically, Manny Flores, who was extremely kind, responsive, and empathetic in purchasing a new vehicle. After haggling and questionable sales tactics with Toyota Marin, we found Freeman Toyota. Summary: We've bought many vehicles in the past, and this experience by far was the most enjoyable and easiest. Well worth the travel.Great prices, both on trade-ins (I traded in a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-Road) and the new vehicles. Simple process, and Manny went above and beyond with his service. 5/5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough.Specifically for Manny Flores: Excellent snd professional sales rep, great person, and he demonstrated top-notch customer service. Thank you so much Manny. You were by far one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with. We will enjoy recommending our family and friends to you Manny.Trade your car here. Buy a new car from here. Talk with the team. Meet them in person. Great experience. Thank you Freeman Toyota.!Nick & Phil R.

Brita von Rechendorff, our salesperson, provided excellent service through the whole sales process of getting our Corolla Cross hybrid. Let's face it, searching for a Toyota hybrid is like finding a way to win a lottery. Different dealerships have different waitlists and deposit requirements. At Freeman, no deposit was required until you got the allocation that you wanted. Brita kept in touch as to what allocations the dealership was receiving. Once the suv arrived, it was a breeze finalizing the sale. Also, among Bay Area dealerships, the sale price was the best.

TLDR: Home of the $100 Two and a half hour oil change (no car wash, etc).I will stay by saying I am a fan of Toyota and Lexus - I have owned numerous in life, and they have all served me very well. I currently have three vehicles from the family. I take care of them and try to keep them in top shape. When you go to a dealer you expect to pay a premium - I accept that because I feel like that implies premium service. I expect premium parts to cost more and I am willing to pay that to take care of my cars. It is an investment, and I expect a return on that investment over time. That said, Freeman Toyota Service department has been a constant disappointment. Every time I have come here I have run into service issues. To be fair:Not parts, Not sales.Service. It should be simple. Toyota prides itself as a premium manufacturer and service organization, and I believe they are. What is happening here in Santa Rosa falls well short of that. Freeman Lexus has ALWAYS been great. Freeman Toyota has not. Most recently I visited for basic oil change service. I made an appointment, and arrived a couple minutes early. I was greeted by no less than three people, asking what I was in for and whether I had an appointment. I confirmed for each of them I had an appointment for an oil change. They took my car and I went to the lobby. An oil change takes 15 minutes. An hour and a half later, after pinging my service coordinator - he told me it was still processing. Ten minutes later I saw someone go or and get in my car - and drive it around the back of the collision center and into the service building. Turns out I had waited almost two hours before they even started... So yah $100 oil change that takes two and a half hours is a FAIL in my book. I contacted the service manager, and to be fair, they did comp the oil change - but I would have much rather gone someplace else, paid half as much, and been done on 20 minutes. Their abysmal ratings are not a fluke. They have consistently been over priced, and under delivered. This shop is resting on their name - not building their reputation. This is the third time in a row I have come here for service and had issues. Third strike is an out. There are plenty of good shops around to waste your time and money here.I do not recommend this business.

I bought a car from them it was used. They tell me to buy this warranty that covers everything just in case something happens but it will cover everything. The car breaks down within three months of having it. I’ve never even bought a car from a private person break down that fast. I have it towed to Toyota Freeman. They tell me they don’t have the equipment to check to see what’s wrong with it. I say wait a minute you sold me a car. You couldn’t even check to see what was wrong with it I end up having it towed the jeep who never returns my call about what’s wrong with it first it’s a hose then it’s the head gasket now it’s a whole engine but guess what the warranty doesn’t cover it for a month over a month I don’t have a vehicle I can’t get to work. I have lost five weeks of wages this last week Toyota finally gives me a rental car because I told him I was gonna get fired from my job. They are telling me I’m stuck with a car that I have been leasing. I’ve spent $10,000 on and have lost all these weeks and wages completely stressed out and broke great way to have the holidays and they refuse to do anything they don’t even just give me my money back, it cost me thousands of dollars I am a journeyman roofer in the union. I make $50 an hour and I was supposed to be working 10 hour shifts for a week at a time that’s 20 hours overtime that week I can’t go because Freeman Toyota show me a piece of junk car and have not help me Diana Freeman, who runs this business I can see she really cares for this community makes all this money off of us then leave you stuck with the limit. If they get a chance, they have a destroyed my credit because now all my credit cards are maxed out I can’t pay them that’s a month without working, they have completely stressed me out to where I am depressed and Herton and they don’t even care I’m seeking a lawyer and I will let you all know how it turns out because I guarantee if this is America in really justice is served Diana Freeman and Freeman Toyota in a UL warranty will lose at the day in court. I guarantee they take the rental car back after this that I’ve had for a whole few days to make it to my first week of work so I’ll be back to not being able to even find an appointment because I have work I can’t get there thanks Freeman Toyota for costing me thousands of dollars ruining my credit putting me through hell and not helping you are a horrible company.

I want to like them cause its Toyoda but they really lack in the service department. My appointment today was at 11am and since they were backed up they offered me an Uber ride home, which I accepted and thought it was nice touch. It was done at 12:10pm, that was fast, and I clicked on the link requesting a ride back home. Then nothing. I contacted the tech directly through a platform offered by Toyota which is supposedly used for better communication for the guest. Still no response. I call the service and sales department multiple times speaking to 5 different people asking them to please send over an Uber of Lyft so I can pick up my finished car. I am either transferred, forced to leave a message or told a manager will get back to me. Finally after almost 2 hours of no help I call again and say my next phone call will be to the police to report stolen property. Magically I am transferred to someone to immediately sends over a car to pick me up.Bottom line, if you don't care about your time, the service here is fine. At least the service MGR Steven apologized only after he overheard me say something to lady helping me get my keys back. She was being nice and I was explaining why I was in a mood.I don't think I want to support a company that doesn't care about communication and service once they have your money

I revisited Freedman Toyota recently for some oil / parts that I was in need of. The guy at the parts counter was not professional. Despite my previous negative experiences here, I figured I'd give them another chance. Since the are the ONLY option in town for genuine oem Toyota parts. And that's where I went wrong. I'll take my business online. As a robot or computer screen will provide better service that the people here.
