I bought my PS5 here and it's great but they make you sign up for their premium membership thing and when I went back to trade my PS4 games in I apparently didn't have an account even though I paid for it. It's only $15 dollars so not a big deal but still.

When you buy an item and for some reason you need to to return it back and this says (We can’t accept an opened device). How may find out if the item is good or bad or hurts without open it and try it??So, keep peace in mind and do shopping from another place.

Its about the same as every other game stop, As far as product and layout, The difference is the staff, this particular game stop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even had suggestions on games and consel based on minimal personnel preferences that where very accurate, impressive.

I don't know why nobody has tried to stop GameStop in regards to their business practices. Let me explain: Try to buy a new game on the shelf that is the last copy. The case is open without the factory seal, and they want to sell you the game as "new." They also do the same thing with the collectables displayed in the glass cases. They will sell them to you as new even though they have been removed from its original packaging. I don't think so GameStop

Came in here to grab game for my son for Christmas. I knew what I was looking for, and went right to it. As I’m gandering around, I was listening to the staff talking to different people with questions. One staff women in particular, was super on point with her knowledge. We live a few hours away, and by far, the best prices. Only better prices are ones you’ll find on GameStop.com. Lol

GameStop has always been around here and I always go to the first story plaza Mall at GameStop and of course the staff has changed over you know 15 years or so but it's still GameStop and you like it for what it is and you know it's just a nice to have a GameStop still I think but yeah all staff is completely helpful it wasn't a big deal when I walked in and wanted to trade in a bunch of games for cash just cuz I didn't want it anymore it was very easy they made it just it couldn't have gone anymore smoothly so yeah I appreciate it

I went in with the hopes of their being a Nintendo Switch Oled for my little bro and as a first time buyer for this console the employees (I don't remember their names but it was the afternoon shift) really helped me as to what to buy for the switch and kept an amazing attitude throughout the process and helped me greatly overall. 5 stars for these employees

The employees where very rude as I was getting my stuff and they asked if I could hurry up which I thought was very discourteous of them to do they also where very rough with the products I had purchased and they where slamming the items down on the counter

This store used to be my go to place. I live next to a gamestop but travel to this one because of the people that work there. That has changed with its management and workers. Iv been here several times and have been totally ignored each time. That actually happens with each gamestop I go to. Also they never refunded me an item from back in May online, and customer service online on gamestop was a Nightmare in itself. Ill be shopping online at best buy from now on.
