By far the best shop in the north bay to pick up supplies to detail your car. Not much to say except for they have the best prices and the most knowledgeable staff who love answering questions. If you drop by looking for a specific product ask them if they carry it because not all products are on display

When it comes to customer service, these folks are great. Just like the old days, always treats customers with respect and willing to answer any question you have, even answer the phone when slightly after closing when I call back to confirm delivery address. In addition, willing to help track down package if misrouted. That's what I called great customer service, sense of responsibility and commitment on delivery. A big plus!
