Dianne did not listen to me when i showed her 2 pics of the way I wanted my pixie cut. She cut too much, and left it uneven with blunt , chunky pieces on the back and sides, as well as not doing the fringe i requested in the front. She didnt take enough time . Made a comment about my hair being curly , as if to excuse the outcome. Ive had other stylists do fabulous jobs on my hair in the past. Also, she was rather rough . I'm a frail ,disabled elder with serious medical issues and was too nervous to correct her. I am extremely low income and don't have money this month to have someone else fix this. Spoke to her today on the phone & she was cold . No apology.

Went in to get my haircut. The person who cut my hair was awesome. I asked for her opinion about certain types of cutes. She was wonderful. Will be returning to salon. Finally found a place where I can trust the person who didn't screw my cut up

I walked in this morning with a coupon i received in the mail, hoping to get a quick cut 1st thing today and was greeted and checked in by the occupied stylist, so I didn't have to which I appreciated. The interaction was standard and I sat down to wait when I realized there was a very strong oddor permeating the air. Trying to be polite, I sat through the wait as The second stylist finished their clients haircut, and then went straight to the back. My estimated wait time of 1 min turned to 10+ as I waited for the 1st stylist to complete their cut, sweep theirs and their co-workers hair, and then go to the back as well with no sense of urgency, infact, extra slow. Having started to feel nauseous I left with no words said to them.
It was obvious they didn't need my business, and expect me to withstand their conditions for service. I received no word from them both, nor eye contact as they walked to the front then to the back, when I left. The person before me left no tip, and i wouldn't neither.
Im reviewing salons that won't even give you the human decency of communicating with their customers. I won't be coming back.

Deanne has been cutting my hair for years and I love her so much. She is amazing! I recently moved to San Francisco and will be driving back to Santa Rosa to get my haircut. She’s irreplaceable!

I use before great clips in Glenwood Colorado and I get a great experience and I trying here in Santa Rosa 2 different location 1 in Rohnert park locations is terrible the service and hair cut honestly

Curly hair lady is very rude .when asked a question she will answer as if it’s a big deal .
