Please don't cut curly hairs, I clearly asked if she does curly hair, she didn't know what she was doing, and I just wanted to leave that place with my curls nd go to an actual barbershop, I had to pay 30 bucks for a 5 min haircut

I love that my hairdresser asked me questions all along the way. Nothing worse than someone just cutting your hair, then finding out what you might have wanted something done differently (shorter, angled more ,etc.) once you've gotten home.

I've been going to this location for at least 10 years, it is usually hit or miss on the haircut quality, but I keep going back hoping someone will stick around long enough to have the same person cut my hair twice in a row. It happened today! Now for the bad news. The lady who cut my hair reached into the plastic bin marked "Clean" on her table for a clipper attachment and it wasn't in the bin. She then reached into the "Soiled" bin and pulled out a light/white colored attachment, put it on her clippers and proceeded to clip my hair with it. I was kinda stunned, to say the least. She finished the cut, I paid (no tip) and left. There was only one other person there and she was busy with another customer, didn't seem to make sense to complain to the lady who cut my hair as I'm sure she knows better than to do that. I did make note of her name and I think I will call the Cosmetology Board and let them know. Guess I'll find a more Professional establishment next time.Update: I got a "response" asking for the address of the location. Isn't the location address listed at the top of their comment page? Nice follow up Great Clips!

Very rude woman working in there. Not very deaf friendly. Kept on flapping lips and refused to write down in English to let me know what she is trying to say to me about getting a haircut. Will not come back to this one at raleys center. Au revior.

Bad haircut. Portions of hair are two inches longer than the rest. Blunt cut when I wanted layers. I've used other Great Clips before without issue. .....going to have to go somewhere to get it fixed. Waste of money.

Juliet & Lupita were absolutely amazing! I took my son's to Great Clips Coddingtown location & they butchered my sons. I was so disappointed & frustrated. I called Great Clips Raleys Marketplace & these ladies were so compassionate & wasted no time fixing their hair. They look great! The boys are so happy:) definitely recommend Juliet & Lupita too.

Unfortunately I was impatient and went to this great clips instead of my trusted salon. I was presented with my 'final cut' with my hair still wet.. I have thick heavy hair that waves when dry and boy, it was not flattering at all. My layers were so botched, I have to now pay for my lady to fix my hair. I thought my instructions were simple and well received. The lady was nice whilst cutting my hair but did not look like she wanted to be there upon arrival. I could smell the smoke off of her. I should have left when I noticed the hair techs weren't smiling and clearly not happy to be pursuing their chosen career. My boyfriend has been there twice mainly cause it's cheap but both times he has had to fix the mistakes.. why did I put faith in them after knowing this? Who knows.
