Mike at GS Tuning has always gone out of his way to care for my vehicle. He is accommodating, fair, and treats me more like family or a friend than just a customer. It is hard to find a mechanics you can trust and who is fair. GS Tuning has been a breath of fresh air! Been taking my 2003 330i as well as my 2015 328i there for 2 years now.

First & for most I want to shout out Mike, he is the best out there !! I have taken several of my Vehicles to him from my Nissan Sentra all my vehicles I own. This Gentlemen is always up for a challenge. When I come in he and his team always take extremely great care of y vehicles. Sometimes I go in thinking it’s one thing and after diagnosing my vehicle it’s something else. But Mike always tries to help me out he is straight forward. I have had my share of car vehicles but there is nothing like coming to the one person who can ease your mind and always put your customers first. Thank you to the whole team !

By far the best Shop I have been to, I had my 2005 BMW X5 fixed here and the customer service was amazing. Mike the Shop Manager was very upfront with me as to my engine replacement he explained in detail what to expect. I had a few things that were urgently They left my Car like brand new, they gave me a complimentary car wash. As a women it’s very hard to trust in the mechanic shops but I will definitely be a returning customer. I will also be sending all my family and friends your way !

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They’ve fixed my car multiple times over the years, and every single time they’ve gone above and beyond. What really sets them apart is their honesty — they never try to upsell unnecessary repairs or overcharge, which unfortunately is rare to find, especially as a woman. I’ve always received the best quotes here compared to other shops, and I leave feeling confident that my car was taken care of properly.
Sammy in particular deserves a special shout-out. He’s incredibly professional, respectful, and has such good manners — he always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I understand what’s being done and why. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their safety.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, fair, and skilled car shop, this is the one. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

they saw my two cars a Volkswagen Tiguan 2017/2019
Samuel and their team took care of both cars in a different days, they do a 60,000 miles maintenance and did a great job, I am not a car mechanic but everything looks working good, they use a OEM parts not generic , the customer service was 10 out of 10, in one of the cars we had a repair insurance and they help us to get this done with photos and tech notes for the insurance company, plus they provided a car while our car was inside the shop. they keep the communication on time with us in every step, the prices, yes they are not cheap for sure, but tell me here in USA what is cheap? then if you have a European car you know since you buy them it wont be the cheapest car, I think the price are similar to others, I value the honesty of the people there and the attitude of helping and not try to get advantage of nobody just because you are not car tech savy, so find a carshop like that is not easy

I came into this establishment with just an inquiry, could you please reset a brake indicator on my dashboard. I’ve done all the work but, I don’t have a scanner that could do the reset. No questions asked, no price, no problem, they just reset it and sent me on my way. I’ve never been so grateful to an establishment as I tend to do all my own work. I whole heartedly recommend this shop to anyone with automotive needs! If I couldn’t work on my own cars I’d bring all my cars here! Thank you to all at GS TUNING! -David Supra

I recently went in to have a hand full of things serviced. Mike, provided great customer service. The estimate was very easy to understand and they made sure my transportation was taken care of while my car was being serviced.
