Habitat of Sonoma County board has not conducted themselves in a manner that supports the Habitat objectives. The Sonoma County board has allowed a series of poor decisions and betrayal of the public trust, that has placed the affiliate in financial troubles. The board has set up the affiliate to fail by not participating in the day to day workings of the affiliate and its now former programs. Rather than making objective decisions the board does not confront issues alowing problems to go unresolved causing an overwhelming amount of unresolved operational issues. Corporate Habitat needs to get involed immediately and audit Sonoma Countys Board. The strong volunteer following is considering drawing attenting to the boards failure and Habitat internationals lack of involvement to California's Bay Area news stations and possibly a social media campaign.Douglas Garrison, the Board Chair of Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County only holds that title but none of the responsibilities. Garrison along with the other board members are completely unaware of the operations of Habitat as he and they are never directly involved. Chuck McPherson is the second voice of the board. Chuck owns a business consulting firm and yet he has been able to sink the affiliate into a financial crisis. Looking to build four ridiculous little houses in Sebastopol, not by fundraising but by cutting staff and community development programs. All while boasting the achievements of these now closed pubic asistance programs.

Great store. Came here looking for a coffee table. Found one at an awesome price ($60). Employees were very friendly and professional, also very polite. Definitely going to come back for our furniture needs. Great place for furniture at affordable prices.

With a mission to raise funds for affordable housing, the Habitat for Humanity Store offers donated and some new Home Improvement items that are displayed throughout their vast amount of floor space.I was mainly interested in their furniture and antiques. They have recently expanded into a former Thrift Store along side them. What a remarkable Store on an honorable quest.

I used to like coming here, now the people that work there are unfriendly. What happened to Karlose?

this spot sometimes has good prices, and sometimes they are a bit pricey depending on what you are looking at. I'm not really sure how they price things but it's worth a peak if you are remodeling or working on a project

Started to love this place from the start. Came in as a volunteer and was so welcomed by everyone. In the few days I was here I knew I wouldn’t want to leave and I haven’t. Now as a customer everything and everyone is great, very organized, polite, welcoming, specially Karlos the store manager, he’s one of the best!

We had two credenzas to donate and contacted the ReStore. They responded within a few days to say they would be glad to accept them.Setting up the pick-up date and time was easy. The driver called to say they were on their way and they arrived right on time. This was the second time we have donated furniture to Habitat for Humanity. It is good to know it is so easy to donate to a charity that 1) accepts furniture, 2) handles the process very professionally, and 3) are very nice folks.

I love shopping here and digging for good deals or stuff you don't normally find elsewhere. But my experience with the manager was horrible. Rude and beyond cocky.

They have really fixed up this store, more space and items are organized and easy to find. More furniture and household items but a smaller selection of bathroom fixtures and tiles.

It's cool to shop for things you need that have been brought in and donated , approved by a team before they display to sell . Some items are like new . It's spacious enough to not feel crowded and organized like a home improvement store would be without feeling like you have to walk 3miles to see what's in the back I picked up a beautiful rugA box of nails A beautiful vintage toaster that works better than anything you could find brand new Pretty floral glass lamp with two way key turn so lovely.. prices are right / way fair way less than you think Great and friendly people

Wow! What an awesome experience I had today. I drove up and was greeted by David. An incredible employee, I thought he was boss because he treated me like he was. Took my bed frame and helped me get it out of my truck so carefully. Awesome place that makes a difference. They help people above and beyond. Thank you!!

The Habitat folks picked up an extra refrigerator today. On time, courteous and efficient. A pleasure to work with.
