Taxes were prepared quick and easy. I have used H & R Block for years and have never been audited by the IRS. They offer peace of mind and with that even if the IRS was to do an audit, H & R Block would handle it.

My H& R Block tax professional, Grace and support team were great in helping me understand the process. She listens well and tries to educate me and my wife in the intricacies of doing a proper tax return. Kudos to Grace Whaten!

This was my first time using H&R Block to prepare my taxes and it will be my last!I went to the one located on Farmers lane in Santa Rosa. From the beginning my preparer was incompetent . He asked me the same questions over and over in the same conversation. Then forgot what we discussed the next conversation. It was frustrating.He finished my return and I mailed in my taxes( I owed a large amount which I expected).2 weeks later, I received a refund from the State AND Federal government because his calculations were incorrect!!! The worst part? I paid $785 for this incompetency!!!Run don’t walk from H&R blockheads.

They file your taxes and if anything is wrong with the filing they will not help u to fix it. You pay them money to help I file taxes and then when something is wrong and u call to ask for help they will not help you. I will never ever ever file with h and r block again. All the “help” the offered was phone numbers that don’t work and to tell me it’s not their problem.

Had a letter come from out of nowhere from the IRS wanting money. No idea why, no explanation. Sue, kept calling until she got ahold of the right person, got an explanation, kept them from adding on interest and penalties if I paid right away. I paid online that night. Weird one time situation, so glad I had Sue there to find out why after they sent me two refunds for that year, I suddenly needed to send them money.

Maria Tornello as my Tax Representative has been extremely helpful the past few years. I would suggest using her any time. The H&R Block Website isn't as user friendly as it should be but she was able to help navigate me through my online issues. She has always made herself available when I've had questions. Thank you Maria!

Went here to inquire about the cost to do my taxes. Explained everything to the lady helping me. She told me it would start around $300. To which I responded that it seemed unreasonable as I could file my taxes online for $45 on turbo tax. She replied, “ then you would, right?”I leave. Go to another H & R block tell them everything I told the first H &R block and they say it would be $145! For the exact same service.Their pricing is arbitrary. They’re casting a line hoping to get a bite.I just ended up doing it myself on turbo tax. She was right. I would and I did.
