Waited on hold for 30min nobody ever picked up the phone. Either they're too busy to do your taxes or don't want to pick up the phone to do your taxes. Look somewhere else, maybe when nobody calls this place anymore they'll pick up the phone when it rings.

2nd year in a row information i submitted was not updated on my return.. Address and banking information incorrect even with all supporting documents . NEVER DO DROP OFF. SIT DOWN AND REVIEW. I got a copy and past treatment and paid 380 for incorrect information . Better off doing them myself . They will Not get my money... read full comment
