Service was excellent! Food was yummy! The bread was so good, heated perfectly. The Halal chicken was yummy with all the condiments. I added pickles! Definitely will be back. I ordered through the mobile app! It was ready when I got there! Parking was easy at 1pm. Fun atmosphere!

Fun sandwich shop with exactly the right bread to sandwich fillings ratio. They use halal chicken and make an excellent Dutch crunch.

Ordered the Paul Reuben sandwich and they overly doused it with the sauce and it became a crime scene with soggy bread and all. Bummer to waste $18

When we ever hit an area with an Ike's we always fit it in to our schedule. The blend of meat to veggies to bread ratio is truly an art and have found that Ike's understands this.

Fantastic sandwiches. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is of the few times I've been to Ike's, there is foul mouthed hip hop playing. I'm no saint but that's just a turn off for the general public. Update: this annoyance was rectified BEFORE I left with my sandwich by a highly responsive manager (see comment). Upgrade to 5 stars.

Waited for half an hour, went all the way home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. Terrible experience, first time there, last time there. The sandwich is also really wet, and mostly iceberg

Sandwiches are one of my favorite foods, and Ike's has great vegetarian and vegan options. It's not like I love every sandwich I try, but I so appreciate how many creative options there are. Counter staff are friendly and courteous. Love having this place to go when I'm in Santa Rosa.

Having moved up from Los Angeles I was really disappointed with the selection and quality of sandwich places in Santa Rosa. Ikes is the answer to my disappointment. They make the best sandwiches in the area and could easily compete head to head with the best stuff I had when I lived down there. The wait can be a little long but the secret is to call your order in ahead and then it will be ready when you arrive. ?

My son and I ordered 2 sandwiches to go and although they were busy they do have a lot of people working here . I started to notice that the people who ordered way after I did were getting their orders ahead of me. It was at least a half hour waiting so I went back to the counter and asked if my order was ready. I gave the girl my son's name and she said there wasn't an order with that name. It turns out when I gave her my name she looked at me and wrote down whatever Mexican name popped up in her head . It happened to be Enrique or Hector . We all look the same I guess. That wasn't my name and it wasn't the name I told her . She hands me a bag of , by this time cold sandwiches with Hector written on the bag. I ordered HOT sandwiches. I was so shocked at her obvious racism. The love they supposedly put before their sandwiches is unless they assume you are Mexican. I had even tipped her when I placed my order. I asked for my money back and more than anything I wish they would have apologized . They really need to speak to this cashier about treating ALL customers regardless of race equally ,and with respect. After looking at a few other reviews and the poor quality of food it appears I dodged a bullet. Can't believe the experience I had compared to eating here years ago. They have really changed for the worse

Ike's Pain and Grief! ordered a Pastrami and swiss cheese sandwich. not cheap, over $12. guy asks me what kind of bread I want , I say rye bread. Nope, Pumpernickle? didnt know what I was talking . about. Tells me they have like three options- sourdough, whole wheat and something else. I asked to please have brown deli mustard on the sandwich . of course not- regular yellow mustard or Dijon is all they have. we walk out side where there are about 20 people sitting around their cars waiting. I thought this is a good sign- there are a lot of people here, must be a good place. WRONG! they are just slow as hell. After a 20 minute wait the guy comes out with our sandwich. It has exactly TWO slices of meat. they are clearly sliced wrong. with the grain, not against the grain. not a good sign! my girlfriend and I take a bite ... absolutely rubber!! shoe leather is more tender. $12 for two slices of rubber. we threw the sandwich in the trash and drove a couple feet down Mendocino to Mombo's and had a couple great slices. Total crap, please dont try this place unless you enjoy throwing money away.
