I have shopped at this store off and on for over 10 years. The receipt says items will be gladly accepted if not worn, with receipt, with tags on etc. But the staff there have a very sullen and disparaging attitude if one does return an item. As stated in an earlier review when you shop the staff keep an eye on you as if you plan to steal something. I am not someone who warrants this kind of treatment. All in all these women seem ignorant on good customer service skills. There are certainly ways to keep an eye on customers without acting like #%{€+. Since I like some of their clothing I will shop online or in Corte Madera. Still puzzles me why management there hire people who are not friendly.

J. Jill used to be a favorite of mine and this store had very friendly and helpful staff. I hadn't been in quite awhile and I was surprised and saddened by my recent visit.
