Tracy was kind and helpful for me needing my glasses adjusted. If I didn't have health insurance for optical, I would definitely be going to Coddingtown JC Pennys optical department with Tracy.

I regularly get glasses at this location, because their sales beat Kaiser's prices. On my most recent trip, Tracy handled my order well and was courteous and professional.

Please don’t ever go to this store one of the security racially profiled us we bought all of our stuff and when we walked out of the store we were stopped by security and they took my friends purse and my backpack and all of our stuff without our permission going through all of our stuff and when everything check out they still thought we stole something so they body search us just to make sure please don’t go to this place even if your white or black they don’t deserve customers.

My glasses lens fell out on Thanksgiving. My wife had to drive to dinner. On the next day I went to Penny's in Santa Rosa. A lovely young lady named Joanna was getting ready to open. I was there a few minutes before they opened. She saw me sitting and asked if I needed help. She graciously offered fix them before 11am. I so appreciate her kindness. I have bought our glasses at JCP for many years. I will continue to do so. Thanks Joanna

I had my Drs office call so my Rx could be faxed over. Tracy told them my Rx was expired and from an outside Dr. But still verbally gave them this "expired" Rx. (Not supposed to do that)I had my exam done in there, in their office!! Tracy was too lazy to get my Rx out of my file in the Drs office. I called and explained to him that I had my exam done there, (the dr is amazing) he proceeded to tell me he had no access to the Dr files. This is absolutely inaccurate!!! I called customer resolution and they took it from there. I got a call back from Tracy saying that he now miraculously had my prescription but he did not go into the office. I asked if he could fax it over to the office and he said no, that I had to pick it up or he could mail it. I told him that was impossible that I was an hour away!! I was also waiting for a call from the DM and he said she was on vacation.I was given the district managers phone number so I called and left a message. At this point I was already getting a new exam and Tracy called back again saying that he can now fax it over to me.Every time I spoke with him he was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I told him that it was too late, that I was in the middle of getting a new exam. I also told him to not call me again. Now I'm being harassed by this guy because I called corporate and the DM. I highly recommend the Dr. But not getting your glasses there.

I bought two pairs of glasses, they gave them to me in old and recycled cases and without any wipes to clean them; from that moment I got a lot of doubts about the service, later I came back because the glasses became big and loose and the quality of the lenses was very doubtful, the technician warmed them up and I bend them until almost breaking them and he told me they are perfect put them on you can go, and I left, the glasses were worse, come back because the glasses became big again, they fell down and I almost killed myself; Today I called and told me that I can not ask for a refund if I pay every pair of glasses, and knowing that I have almost three weeks without glasses, I can not drive, I have a headache that causes me not to have glasses, I am forcing my eyes, I can not work, and it's not my fault, I pay for the service.

Disappointed. It has taken over 3 weeks to get a redue on a pair of bifocal glasses. I'm still waiting to get the glasses.

JC Penney Optical came to my help when my glasses broke and I needed an eye exam and glasses pronto. With their expansive hours, I was able to get the appointment quickly. The eye exam was thorough and professional.I was pleasantly surprised to find the kind of eye frames I had been looking for, which cannot be found at Costco: the most minimalistic titanium frames. And not only at a much better price than the overly delicate brand of frames that are handmade in Austria, but also sturdier yet very appealing. With the new High Definition lenses, which are fabulous!Their employee Bob went out of his way to quickly ship my new glasses to me, as I live almost 3 hours away. They felt fabulous right out of the box, and I love the looks of them.Thank you all for work well done.
