Came for a watch battery replacement...left with my watch broken. Owner responded by angrily defending he didn't do it and refused to repair the damage he'd done.Truly horrible experience, please avoid this businesss!

I took in my broken glasses to be repaired. He left the black residue from the repair, I had to ask if he could remove it. He gave me glasses that were all wet and I had to ask for a towel. Kaiser could not adjust the glasses as the weld was not secure and he put the part on wrong. Very unsatisfied and he charged me $60.00

The owner is very kind and friendly. He sealed a pendant containing my Grandfather's ashes, then polished the heck out of it for a very reasonable price. He can make beautiful custom gold pieces as well.

Not really recommended. Two stars. Stopped in for watch battery due to the sign in front window offering that service. Owner, an Asian man, was not so friendly but he said he was tired of his business. I left to to do an errand & returned 5 minutes later: he was rummaging for a battery. Left for another errand & returned 10 minutes later. He was still at it, despite me being the only customer. A youth stood next to him with a concerned look on his face. I wasn't even sure he actually put in a new battery but paid the $17 fee and left. His inventory of sales items was only a couple dozen items. He said something to me just before I left & when I asked him to repeat it as I don't have good hearing, he waved me away without repeating as if I wasn't worth his time. Last time I'm going there.
