Bought a pair of Nike shoes for my toddler on 10/14. The shoes tore all around the sole 2 weeks after. Due to being evacuated I couldn’t make in to return the shoes also there were far more important things going on. I called this morning and spoke to the sales associate named Natalie who told me they could return merchandise for up to a year. I explained to her I didn’t have a receipt and the shoes were worn. She said it’s okay we can do an exchange only. Drove out here for her to now tell me her store manager Savanah said she could no longer to the return because there is no receipt. (Never hace them email you the receipt, always ask for a paper copy) Worst customer service. I even showed her the transaction on my bank statement.

I am so impressed with the service and selection! Thank you Janeth! You helped us so much and we are SO appreciative! Great selection, sizing on par, great prices, great sales, super clean and just straight up impressive sales associates!!! I walked in feeling stressed and walked out feeling great with some epic new kicks! Yeeeee! Thank you so much Journey employees, again, especially Janeth! Journeys has got it going on and whoever is doing the hiring, BRAVO!!!!! Smiles for miles! Ps they do not carry the brand Nike for a heads up, tons of adidas. Almost docked a star because I like Nike, but the service and other selections were just that good!

My wife and I went in there yesterday 1/22//20 and when we went in there itt was kinda busy but, the 2 young ladies that were working there was very pleasant and it slowed down and my wife and i were the only ones in there and instead of ignoring us they were very helpful cause we aren't the casual customer that would shop there we r not a millenial but the 2 girls were wonderful and I wanted a certaiin size in Doc Martens and she told me they did not come in half sizes but they run bIg. My wife and I enjoyed our shopping there. Thank you Freddie and Sandy Ramirez

Crystal is very nice, I thought I was going to be given a hard time for having to cancel my interview with them and she was very polite and respectful, it made my whole day better

The shoes there are really nice, along with the socks and back packs there too. There are also five nights at freddys, sonic and peppa pig toys as well.

There return policy is ridiculously stupid I had gotten some nikes from here which I no longer wanted one of the shoes sold to me where from the display and when I took them back they said they couldn't refund me because they were supposedly worn. receipt and everything. There policy is so ridiculous. They need to change there return policy or close down
