Understaffed!! Missed one item on my lab request. Third time back and they still don't have it! Plan to wait a long time if you come here! The good news is that they've opened another office down the hall. Go there first!

It was not a very good experience. I first booked my appointment via their website, and when I got to the location, it was temporarily closed, and yet their website said nothing of this. So, the next day, I go to their other location and get there at 130 pm. Mind you, their website says their business hours are from 630am to 330pm so I figured I was early. When I walked when they told me they only did testing from 8-1, I told the girl Ok and I will see you tomorrow. The next morning I drive back to the testing facility and get there about 830 am and when I walk the first thing they ask me is if I have an appointment and I didn't. Now why didn't the girl yesterday tell me I needed an appointment when I told her I would be back the next day? Terrible customer service, however, with that said, they were able to see me and get my test done. Thank goodness they were able to see me since my test was only valid for 72 hours and it would have potentially cost me a job opportunity. They need to update their website with their testing hours and update the email they send for confirmation since it to does not state their testing hours.

Apparently appointments are meaningless, but I did get plenty of stink eye from the receptionist.

I have tried Lab Corp on a few occasions. There is a self check in counter where you scan your Driver's License and all info is automatically populated on their system. The staff is helpful, place is tidy. Will recommend trying.

SUPER DIRTY FACILITY. VISIBLE DIRT ON SURFACES. EMPLOYEES WITH DIRTY NAILS.Seems like if this is a medical facility, doing blood work, drug tests, etc. Definitely should be on the cleaner and sanitary side...one would think.

Not very good experience. Do no recommend at this time. Very long and unnecessary wait for pre established appointment. Seems very disorganized system. Save time and go to quest across the street for literally 5 minute service for same purpose.

Got off early at work so i could show up early for my appointment ready to take a pee test for a new job. Proceeded to wait in a chair for 30 minutes for them to tell me that my chance to take the test had expired while i had been sitting in the waiting room. Thanks for nothing. 0 stars

I wish I could leave negative stars. The employees are fantastic so this isn't about them at all. Especially Jason. He's fantastic, give him a raise.I went to go get a test during the listed hours in Petaluma. It turns out the hours change on a whim though! Instead of 8 am to 3pm it was actually 8 am to 11 am. A whole 3 hours.I made an appointment to come back the next day because they told me it'd be open.I came in the next day. It was indeed not open, and was completely closed with absolutely no notification! Wow. Great. So I called my employer and asked to change locations and came here. I'm rushing around at this point because I have a flight to catch. For my first try the temp wasn't reading on my sample so I had to try again. I couldn't get enough on my second try. I asked if I could come back a different day, but apparently you can't do that, it counts as refusing to test.So I got to choose as having "refusal to test" show up to my new employer or missing my flight. After running around for 2 days trying to accommodate. I decided to wait, drink some water, and waste my entire day, making me nearly miss my flight.A 10 minute appointment became a 2 day ordeal. Thanks labcorp. 10/10.

Too busy. Takes forever most of the time even though there was 3 people. They need a better process to get the paperwork done quickly in the beginning so the people can get the back and drawn. Maybe if they hired somebody to be in front to just do the check in and paperwork so the lab tech can just focus on the labs.

Closed during normal business hours... at this location and petaluma. They don't realize some people travel far to get to their location! And they don't pick up the phone. Very disappointing service.....

Horrible! They have closed locations everywhere that look open when you look on yelp. I was repeatedly given the wrong hours for testing. I probably wasted 4 hours this week driving around to different lab corps that were either closed or told me that they stopped drug testing at 1 pm when I called the number earlier and said they text until 3.Don't waste your time!

The service was nice and fairly prompt but the secretary did not enter all of the blood tests our doctor ordered. The lab slip was for a comp med Panel, CBC and a complete thyroid panel and all they did was a TSH and CBC.

Phlebotomist who took my blood was excellent. HOWEVER: masks are MANDATORY here as per California department of public health and this is NOT enforced by staff at this location. This is a very small, enclosed, not ventilated room . When I went inside I observed a young , tall, strong man checking in at kiosk and SPEAKING to the woman who turned out to be the manager. He then stood at the counter speaking with her. HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK and she said nothing. I asked him why he wasn't wearing one since the sign on the door clearly states it is required. He gave me a hostile look and the manager said she wo would " offer " him a mask. Umm. No. She is obligated to insist . She SHOULD have done so when he entered in the first place. I waited outside the door for him to leave and when he came out he got right in my face, violently ripped off his mask, and gestured at me in a threatening manner with his body. I am a small, elder, frail woman. He cursed at me as he left the building. I will never go here again. It is the responsibility of staff to enforce public health measures in order to ensure the safety of clients.

I've had some pretty bad experiences with getting blood drawn, so it's something that I dread. Both times I've gone they've gotten it the first time. This is definitely my got to place for lab work.

This unabashedly the most "adulting" review I've likely ever posted. Be a smart consumer! I have a PPO plan, I can go where I want for lab services. Last time I needed lab work I went to a Sutter facility and it cost me over $200 for a panel. At that time I had an HSA plan which means the service was subject to deductible before any coinsurance or copay was applicable. My current plan the same service is subject to deductible first but the structure is technically different so I wasn't sure if it would be the $200+ or something less for this test. I decided to go to Labcorp since I knew from my last go round that I was told by my insurance company it would be cheaper if I had gone here first. No joke, my test yesterday was $2.28. I have NOT met my deductible, unbelievable. I could rant about the nonsense of our insurance system but what's the point, we all know it sucks. Be a smart consumer. Do your homework and pay attention to your cost of care cause no one else will. The facility is accessible, you can make an appointment (even same day), friendly service, easy parking, no complaints.
