“My family was traveling through the Napa area and I reached out to Montecito Super Wash to ask about wash and fold. The management was super responsive to our questions and working out options. The end result was superb and friendly service at a very reasonable price. I would use Montecito Super Wash again when in the area. We even received some local travel advice!”

“The Laundry Room is by FAR the BEST laundromat I have been to. The machines are clean and in great condition, without broken sharp edges or sticky residue. There is an attendant present and they also offer a bathroom which is nice and clean. I’m so glad I finally found this place!”

“Mr. Kim and his wife do an exceptional job. My husband and I have been going here for years. I just recently brought over quite a few summer dresses to be altered because I am short and they were too long. Not only do they dry clean and press your clothes, they do alterations as well!!! Fantastic!!!!”

“This place is awesome! Clothes always turn out great, I’ve had alterations done on a pair of pants as well on short notice and they came out really nice. The husband and wife that run it are super friendly and accommodating. Pricing is fair and good value for the service. It’s great to have a go to spot in Bennet Valley, I highly recommend.”

“Sunset Linen has been attentive to our practice needs. I manage an oncology clinic where we provide infusion, imaging, and radiation services, our patients get quite cold. Last week, we realized that we needed to increase our blanket service. I underestimated our needs and had to request an additional increase. They showed up today with my additional increase request which is outside of our regular service day. Thank you so much! Shout out to Bella for her assistance and today's extra delivery.”

“The best dry cleaner services around! I had bright in a purse that wreaked of cigarette smoke but I really wanted to salvage the purse / so I begged them to clean it, they had me sign a form saying they could not guarantee the final result. When I had picked up the purse it was better than brand new! I am going to have them clean all my purses now. Be aware the price they quoted me was $85 - but good lord - that is a bargain for saving a purse I thought was going to have to be thrown away - and it was worth every penny!”

“The owner and employees are incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful. I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved, and they made the entire process feel so special. They explained that once my dress was cleaned, I could come in and view it before it was boxed to make sure I was happy with everything. They also let me include other meaningful items from our wedding day in the preservation box, including my veil, shoes, wedding purse, and even a Polaroid of my husband and me. It ended up feeling like our own little wedding-day time capsule, which I absolutely love. John was especially kind and accommodating, working with me on both the timeline and cost. I truly appreciated his generosity and how understanding he was throughout the process. I had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be recommending them to others. I’ll also be returning for any future cleaning or preservation needs. Thank you, John and team, for taking such good care of something so meaningful to me!”

“Their work is good, price is right. The little girl who works up front (young women) needs to learn a thing or two about customer service, but other than that, never been disappointed.”

“Dropped off my comforter and a few delicates, and honestly walked out smiling which is rare for laundry day. The machines are well kept so stuff actually comes out clean and not feeling weird like some places, on top of that its quiet enough to just hang out in the car with the windows down and scroll through my phone. I think I waited maybe 20 minutes total and that was for a large load so nothing to complain about. The lady running the front was super cool and even pointed out a dryer that tends to run hot so I wouldnt wreck my nice sweater which realy saved me. Place is definately getting my buisness every time im in town for the month, felt good to support a small spot there were people actually chatting and helping each other through the day so it had a decent vibe overall. See ya there next week”

“I didn't think it was to shabby, well do most of my laundry during the week day. There wasn't any riff-raff that I saw. Given that the city allows for this area to become rundown. It was decent.”

“This laundromat uses refillable payment cards that you use a credit card or debit card to refill. As far as I can tell, no cash. Just a note that both the ATM and the soap machine were down when I was there, so have your card and soap with you. A wash is $6, and 20 minutes of drying is .75. I washed with no detergent and dried on low for 40 minutes and everything came out fine in my tiny load. I would go back prepared next time. Clean and well maintained otherwise. 4 stars.”
