Darien has made calls on my behalf when I couldn't due to work schedule. He has gotten numbers names and numbers for me as I am transferred from one department to another and back. He has even just listened to me as I expressed frustration over the whole situation. He was a GEM!I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and I LOVED my last agent in Florida.
