Was my first time coming here, didn't know where to go. Some lady comes out asking what I need, told her I came to pick up a prescription and she tells me it's next door. I go next door and it's closed. Why not fucking tell me it's closed instead of sending me over there? So fucking stupid. And the hours for pharmacy aren't even posted online.

If you can, please go somewhere else. The phone system needs to be updated, the hours listed needs to be updated. It's extremely difficult to make an Appt with "your" assigned Dr. You spend an insane amount of time on hold. Just today, I called and was on hold for 30 minutes after being transferred to "patient services", to where it timed out/was hung up on. I had to call back again, and transferred again. For a 30 minute wait on hold. To where the person on the phone said I could just show up to the office to get the document that was supposed to be mailed to me two weeks ago. I show up, and they are closed.

NEVER DO THEY ANSWER OR EVEN CALL YOU BACK WHEN LEAVING YOUR NUMBER DOR CALL BACK . this has always been a problem and it's annoying .. really recommend to just walk in person if you do want to make an appointment.. because I doubt they will answer your call through the phone even after ALL THAT WAIT TIME

This place needs to get there s*** together there's one thing I can't stand is people automatically assuming that your Mexican and talking to you in Spanish. Not every body who comes to your clinic is Mexican or speaks in Spanish.

I called this morning to make an appointment for my child because they have been sick. There were no appointments, when problem solving on how to find a way to have my child be seen by a doctor... the receptionist, Vickie, yelled at me saying she had kids and didn't know what to tell me. I asked her why she was yelling at me. Her response was, there is nothing she I can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said he wasn't in. Hey, Lombardi campus management.... i understand cold and flu season has been vicious but is this how you want to employees to display customer service? Totally inappropriate. A corrective action and further development of Vickie's customer service should definitely be look at. You do not want someone like this dealing with clients.

I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.
