There Asset Protection is horrible and let all these people get away with theft in such an small store with no one there you would think it would be easy to catch thieves. Stepp your game up guys and get a REAL AP Agent.

I found this store very unorganized and fitting rooms filled with junk. Went to one fitting room and was instructed it was closed asked where the other one was and was directed through the evening gown section which was a mess dresses crammed everywhere it was super dark don’t even know how you could shop for a dress there. I would much rather shop online than go inside this place again.

I intentionally came to Macy’s at Coddingtown because they have a full service make-up department. But they were missing a lot of the slots and make-up for bareMinerals. I wanted two items they had neither. I had to wait a while for anyone to help me and they were very busy. I intended to be able to try on original mineral foundation but many shades were missing. It is a very nice make-up department but disappointed that it was unstocked and lacking inventory for my choices.

Seriously, they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I didn't exaggerate. I waited 20 minutes in the jewelry area because I wanted to buy an anniversary ring but I just kept waiting because they never helped me hahaha I had to go back the way I came from ☹️
