Understaffed having only 2 people working on 2nd level/clothing. There is only one dressing room available. Great deals, though, so it's worth it.

Service and stock were only So-So. Maybe I am spoiled by their store in San Francisco Union Square or the one in SoCal, South Orange County. Both of them are GREAT!

Sunday afternoon, 4 o’clock, usually a good shopping day, but no clerks are available to help you. For example, the men’s department had four clerks, three of which were hanging out behind a cash register, and the other one was behind the jewelry and notions counter. This was once a good store where you could get good service; it’s so sad to see how understaffed Macys Santa Rosa is.A couple of other disappointments: the escalator was broken, elevator hard to find due to lack of signage, fitting room not available in one area (see picture), etc. Sure hope Macy’s gets its act together soon or the rest of their stores are going to start disappearing like the other ones they had to close.

I went there to Buy an umbrella. No one was there to help. i approached one of the sales person and asked for the help. she said the otherside is not my section. ifter 15minutes of waiting i left. they do have a management problem.

I'm not sure why they even have a men's section anymore. Severely lacking in styles and choices while being overly priced comparatively to other stores in the area. The clearance rack is the only thing worth browsing - otherwise, stick to Macy's online or other stores for menswear.

Macys Santa Rosa Mall is so sad. Tired looking, old, many shelves empty. It does not entice you to spend one cent. I was excited to shop here following the pandemic, but then as I looked around, I was shocked any Macys is allowed to operate like this one. It needs help.

Packed, limited selection, overworked staff. I usually go to the Coddington location, but was in the area. Will honestly make a point to drive the 5 minutes further to Coddington.

Extremely disappointed drove from out of county with the intentions of wiping out a hefty Christmas haul at the toys r us. The signage or lack there of inspired me to leave with absolutely nothing. Only paper signage stating % off ranging from $9-$200 absolutely off-putting having to go back and forth to see how much things are when your shopping for 9 kids is ridiculous and puts burden on shopper. Maybe invest in a price checker! ultimately we went to target. Shame because there was ot of nice products I would have boughten.

Well, Mason just lost out on a $4000 purchase by not answering the phone after 10 minutes of us ridiculous voicemail option. I waited on hold and two departments for over 10 minutes. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Employees were really helpful and nice helped me with directions. The associate in the sneaker department was so nice!!! I had her all around good experience which made me feel comfortable to come again
