I wanted to give a shout out to #1 Laura Stout who I usually deal with when bringing in my car to get serviced. I am surprised to read the unfavorable reviews because my experience has always been stellar. Yes, you need to plan ahead but that's the case with most services since the Pandemic. I just traded my Kona in which I originally traded in for a Ford Fusion back in 2018. This is experience was also great & I have been enjoying Manly Hyundai services ever since. I traded my Kona in because I had put a lot of miles on the Kona and wanted something bigger. I loved my Kona but it was time for an upgrade. The buying process was quick and painless I got an awesome deal! I want to also thank Ben Steinberg and Emanuel (Manny) Sanchez for assisting me in my purchase. I can confidently recommend the staff at Manly Hyundai in the future to family and friends who are looking for a new car and an honest deal.

I was having an issue with my 2022 Genesis G80 , for some reason my battery wasn't working properly. I had to constantly get a jumpstart. I called all over the Bay Area and Manly Hyundai was the only dealership that had it! So now the challenge was going to be how long would it take to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they were able to get me scheduled in no time. I took my vehicle in and received a cool loaner car because I live well over a hour away. Long story short Jennifer and the service team did a great job! It was well worth the trip. I will be back!!

I had an appointment to have a manufacturers recall done on my car. I dropped my vehicle off the night before, so that my vehicle would be done first thing in the morning. I arranged a ride to drop me off at the dealership at 3:30, my vehicle still was not done (come to find out, they switched my appointment to 12:30, without notifying me). After an hour of waiting, I went back up to the service counter and asked if my vehicle would be done soon? She said that she would check. Came back about 5 minutes later & said that they were just finishing up, that they didn't know I was there waiting. 10 minutes later, my paperwork was ready... she went over everything and said that they also washed my car (they did NOT). I had a brake light out & they also replaced an air filter, so I paid for that and I was on my way (over an hour and a half later).On my way home, I noticed that my check engine light was still on from the error message that I needed to get the recall done. I called the next day to ask about when I can come back to have them clear the light & I was told to drop in any time and they will do that for me. I got busy over the next week & couldn't bring my car in, so I called back again to make sure that I could still drive it it for them to clear it. The woman that answered the phone said that I would need to leave the vehicle for 7-10 DAYS and they would get to it when they had time OR I could make an appointment and they were scheduling 1 1/2 to 2 months out. FIRST.... it was just there for a day & a half and I did have an appointment, SECOND.... it should have been handled the first time, THIRD... who can leave their vehicle for 1-2 weeks, for a light? Does it really take them a week to run the code for the light? WOW!!! I have been going to Manly for MANY years & have never been treated so poorly! I went to a local mechanic shop & the light was cleared in 2 minutes! Manly... you need to retrain your employees!!!

This experience of buying a used car at Manly Hyundai has been a nightmare. Things keep going wrong wit the car and the service department is no help. The manager's assistant is rude and does everything she can to get rid of you despite having a warranty.Eileen K. **

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I have had a car I bought from Honda/Hyundai for 10 months and it's been in the shop for over a month in total with nothing being fixed!! The people tell you they will call everyday and give you an update but they call the first day and when it inevitably doesn't get fixed the first day they have your car, they don't call anymore!!! I usually am the one to have to call to get any info whatsoever. This time I didn't call to see when they would, 6 DAYS WITH NO UPDATE! They finally call and tell me the part they ordered last week is on back order. This is what they told me last time and the part wasn't available until 2 months later! I asked them when I could have my car back and they said it was still taken apart, so they are just excepting to continue to keep my car and have me pay for it while they have it. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! After this trip and it once again not being fixed (my whole panoramic sunroof has been broken for months, I have only had the car for 10 months...) I will be turning my car in and expecting my money back because this isn't the only situation, just the most frustrating. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST, PLEASE SATY AWAY!!

I had a very positive experience with my Ionic 5 purchase at Manly Hyundai this past week. I found their approach very much service oriented and refreshingly low key, particularly Darian, my sales specialist. Curtis, his manager was equally helpful, and handled our discussions very professionally. My dealings with Ben in Finance were a nice conclusion to my experience. He went out of his way to accommodate my particular needs, underscoring the customer service orientation I experienced all along the way.I spent 50 years in sales in the wine business. I only wish my sales department was run as well!

Mainly dealt with Laura at Service desk. Was greeted with a warm hello and was treated like I was an important customer. Laura has exemplary customer service. Also spoke to Julia who set me up with a rental car for the day. She also was very friendly. My whole experience was a 10. Laura and Julia are true assets for Manly Hyundai. Give them a pat on the back.

This review is for the service team. Our Hyundai Ioniq needed some recall work and few other minor issues addressed. I was greeted promptly by someone when I pulled up and instructed to go to the office to deal with the paperwork. There are two very capable ladies at the office who impressed me with their calm and and friendly demeanor in the midst of stressful environment. Laura was my helper and she was great: friendly, detail-oriented and capable. I could have waited there drinking coffee and watching the news but I opted to take the offer to get a ride to the mall in Santa Rosa with a friendly driver John. After a few hours (a bit easier than expected!) I got a call from Laura that the car is ready. Brilliant! I wish all service teams worked like this crew. I would absolutely recommend fellow Hyundai car owners to use Manly service.

Had a really smooth, pleasant interaction at Manly dealership. We went in to test drive a car and make a purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and provided an excellent support. We ended up selling our old car there as well, all under 4 hours! So everything was just marvelously smooth.

We were promptly greeted by a gentleman who videoed our car for insurance purposes, and then we were escorted inside to the desk were our work order was written up promptly, and then referred to the loaner desk and I was able to sit in the lounge while the assistant put together the paperwork for a loaner car. It was all seamless And friendly. The work was done in one day and we came up the next day dropped the loaner off and picked up our car that was perfectly serviced. Five star service all the way.

Literally everything was great, they were super accommodating. However, the phone operator didn’t take my email, so I didn’t get a confirmation email or call, and I apparently had the wrong time for my appointment BUT I still showed up and they were completely understanding and took care of my car anyway! The woman Jennifer behind the front counter was very nice! They had my car for 3 hours and took care of 3 recalls that I had been procrastinating on getting fixed ? but still very quick and efficient ?

Terrific experience dealing with their Very professional, helpful and courteous check in staff. Laura Stout was my service advisor, explained all about the upgrade service i was getting for my Navigation System. When it completed Even earlier than promised , she showed me how to use it by having me pair my phone to my Car. That’s what i call a caring & patient example of Outstanding Customer Service! I would recommend Manley to anyone needing fabulous service for their Hyundai auto!John a HAPPY customer!

The dealership did a good job servicing my Santa Fe Hybrid in a timely manner. I was satisfied with that aspect of my visit. The female service advisor who completed my paperwork was very friendly and did a great job as well. However, I didn’t appreciate the man who was checking in the cars outside as you arrived. He was rude to me when I asked if I was supposed to wait outside or go inside the service department to check in and his response was “ I’ll get to you when I get to you”
