The service at Markell is always first rate. Eduardo is always very helpful. It’s nice to deal with someone who knows the laws. I’ve always had a good experience at Markell Inc.

I went to Markell to do some transfer paperwork and to make a couple purchases. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about, to the point that I was impressed with his knowledge. Prices are a bit high, but with the pandemic and current inflation I kind of expected it on products. The location is convenient but the are light on parking availability.

Have bought new multiple guns from Markell, bought my first gun back in 2012, staff has always been super helpful. Sad when the shop burned down and when butch passed away. Lalo has really taken the reigns since re opening, always very responsive and makes transactions go smooth.

Been to going here way before the 2017 fires and I must say butch and his staff have alwYs been on par with customer service and especially Rudy and Eddy keep it up guys. and support your local gun shops best in Sonoma county thus far. Don’t let the low inventory scare you away they got everything you need just a click away. And on order and in the store by 3 weeks or less

I bought a Glock 30sf from them. Super chill place to do business with. Easy transaction and knowledgeable. There was a slight mix up because of my address on my drivers license and where I actually lived but it was solved quickly and priority was high on their end. I also have streamlights (flashlight) from work serviced there. Great local place. Will do business with again.

These guys are always on the ball. I've done plenty of business with them and I always leave with a smile on my face. They can pretty much get you anything you want(provided it is legal in the state). The staff is super polite and they are always willing to work with you to get you what you want or need, at a great price too.

I came for multiple items, but they only had one in stock of the model I wanted. Tactical and firefighter related flashlights. Hmmmm, kinda a mish-mash of stuff. Really high inventory of one or two models, but only one of others and they don't carry some key Streamlight items. They sell some firearms and holsters, ammo, cleaning supplies too. I just can't put my finger on it... slightly bizarre stock, slightly understocked, slightly understaffed, etc. (I had to wait 20+ minutes to talk with staff, the one douchy guy ahead of me would not shut up and was getting the new Grabin' Newsom paperwork done.) Still worth going, but they could use more selection.

This is one of the friendliest and best gun stores in the Sonoma area. Folks are always helpful and ready to order for you. They are still getting stock for their store after the fires but carry good merchandise.
