The two girls from today were not helpful at all I understand one of them because she said she was new, but the second girl was really disrespectful she literally left us talking by ourselves and went to her lunch without even telling us; she just left and didn’t even try to help or tell the other girl what to do Really bad customer service.

I had a bad experience, I had my device unlocked and the lady who helped me (I didn't know her name) didn't even check it, she just told me that it didn't comply with the unlocking policy and that if I wanted I had to activate it for another 6 months with them Otherwise it wouldn't work....When I got home I tried it myself and surprise, my device was unlocked and I can now use it in any company.Points minus METRO... at least I no longer go near your points of sale...

Oh yeah we got our new phones there and loved them ever since so yeah do I recommend this place oh of course ok and yeah the staff was very helpful and we left there with smiles on our face...

Si llama a la tienda no le van a contestar! I kept calling this branch for a window of three hours and it kept ringing and ringing, I thought they were very easy but when I walked into the store there were three representatives talking to each other and no customers in the store, I told them that I had been calling for the last three hours and their response was “oh yeah the phone is not working” Well, I got my issue resolved but while waiting I noticed that the phone was disconnected, really?!

Amazing! This place has the best deal on phone service. I took a family friend to buy and get service on a phone here and it's one of the cheapest plans I've seen. I thought the reception would be faulty around Sonoma County but it's not - it's just as good as higher priced plans! The phone works great, the customer service people in here are all helpful and nice. Almost all are all bilingual Spanish/English. The plan is around $50 and includes Unlimited calls/text in the United States and Mexico. Plus unlimited data in the US. It's month to month. Very pleased!

Highly DISAPPOINTED and Dissatisfied with this store. Went in to switch over to METRO and port in 3 numbers with them and the Manager was a complete JACKASS. The girl that was helping me was new and didn't know exactly what she was doing but that was alright with me because she was nice. And helped me get done what I needed done even though it took some time because she was new. But the stupid jackass for the store manager was a moody p***** ABSOLUTELY nothing but rude not only to me but to all of his employees. I'm just letting you know that I am giving your store a big thumbs down and hope you rot in hell you piece of s**** F*** you!!!

The service is great when you're buying phone as soon as you make your purchase it's all over they don't know anything and seem to be bothered. Not very friendly... I walked in the door I don't see no Smiles
