The worst customer service ever. It's like a call center. No communication, and don't go out of their way for anything. They actually ripped me off. The took the monthly payment out of my account when I paid in cash. Long story, but they got both payments. No getting any money back. Total shady, and run by foreigners that don't care.

The girl answering the phone, 8-6-23 about 3:40pm, had difficulty stating the store's location and then she rudely hung up on me. There are plenty of other independently owned Metros in the area, to deal with inappropriateness.

I've rolled with metro for years and this last expeience was a perfect example of why ive been loyal to them. I pulled up followed the covid protocol by waiting in line and almost instantly an employee came out n said hed wait outside in order formus to come in. Once inside i was greeted by Gio, i showed gio my phone and let him know i needed another but that.i was limited in my purchases because my money was hurting. Gio treated me like wed been friends for years man. He was helpful, enjoyable to work with, and made me feel like i was valued. I walked out of there super happy and feeling like I had made a new friend. Give the dude a raiseeee Thanks big dawg!!??

I come into the store, everything is fine, then a non-mask wearer walks in the door and the manager does NOTHING. She doesn't even notice!!! I came in here to figure out what's wrong with my phone and then someone chooses to infect the the whole freaking place! I can't even go anywhere without feeling protected. Business owners and workers need to NOTICE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

They only want your contract! If you call and ask a simple question of why it takes 30 to 60 seconds to connect to a call if their is a tower down in my area they will tell you we are not customer service and hang up on you. My advice do not go with metro!!!

10 STARS JOSE the sales professional here helping me was exceptional and magnificent! Considering the very low pay these young people recieve Jose didnt let that stop him and fir being 18 and to display such warm engaging authentic desire to solve my problems shows me Jose is why i didnt need to shop fir the best. deal... His proactive listening skills were on full display and i saw this skill first hand..his mature polished poise was extra ordinary considering his age..WOW! I came in NOT TO BUY but to price shop ..I expected the usual horrific bad underwheling service to be expected from low wage uninspired workers who work at telecom companies like Verizon.Sprint.ATT etc..not surprisingly Boost mobile made it impossible for me to get service related concerns addressed. I spent 35 min getting nowhere and Jose demonstrated world class professional service by suggesting so many out of the box ideas to win my business and his genuinely caring to make me happy worked .. I saw it in his eyes and warm smile. The service i recieved on August 24th was amazing and unconmon. Thank you Jose !! You showed professional business class and exrta ordinary customer service to me and my wife Anna i wouldn't be suprised if i read about you in the press democrat news paper business section seeing you showcased as a dynamic market influencer working at some fortune 500 corporation setting new sales records! Your really that good Jose thank you..
