It's a cool place lots of cool arts and crafts supplies and the service was great and quick considering how busy it was 2 weeks before the holidays. Good job guys.

Pretty nice place in a ice area. Costumer service is limited at this location. It seems like due to the holidays it's busier than usual and this translates to longer of lines for checknout and less staff to help find stuff. Staff is supper friendly and despite how overwhelming it could be having a multitude of costumers, everyone kept the rhythm with a positive attitude.

Been going here for years, they have the great craft stuff, felts, pencils, paints, clay, beads, scrapbooking, shirts, frames, and so many great things. For each season. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

There is wheelchair accessible parking available as well as wheelchair accessible entry and the aisles are very wheelchair friendly. This Santa Rosa store has everything a craft enthusiast could want. The bead section isn't the greatest but they do have a good selection of different kinds of beads. This particular store has Custom Framing which was closed when I was there but I did notice it and thought I would throw that it was available in this review. This is a magnificent clean well organized store it was a wonderful experience looking at all the different items they carry for just about any craft you could think of their prices are fair. This Santa Rosa store has a lot more than the Petaluma store has. All in all I think you will find everything you need to fulfill your crafting needs. Thank you Santa Rosa Michaels for a wonderful experience.

This store is conveniently located close to Highway 101. It is clean and well stocked.The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I found exactly what I needed, on sale, at a great price.

Lots of craft stuff, but not what I needed. The gal I asked was helpful, but couldn't find it either. It's kind of out of the way for me, so not really worth the trip.

The only reason I keep coming here is because they have craft stuff Joanne's doesn't. Otherwise, I would never come again. Half the products don't have price tags, the price check doesn't work, employee help is impossible to find and so much more. I found a spray paint that was perfect for my project, I pressed the help button, waited several minutes, pressed it again, nothing, asked a passing employee for help and he said he didn't have keys, he said he called someone but again, no one showed up. I gave up and went to the check out. The girl asked if I found everything alright and I told her no because apparently no one has keys for the cages. She seemed baffled and said she never heard a call for it... I told her it was fine and I'd go somewhere else because I had already wasted 10 minutes waiting. I like to go to Michael's to spark creativity but this store just leaves me mad and frustrated.

I love this store but since last year, (before the holidays), the shelves have been pretty bare. Things aren't stocked at all. With no information as to when they would be stocked.
