tech was very helpful in explaining the issue with my computer. tech gave me several reasonable and affordable options as to how i might proceed.i gave the ok for "repairs" (transfer hard drive to new PC tower) on Wednesday afternoon, and the PC was ready the next morning! yay.thank you, North Bay Computer Repair!
