I have a 2018 Audi Q7. Vaughn has been taking care of my car for a little over a year now. Every time I go in there I feel like I’m talking with family. He genuinely cares about all his customers and treats every vehicle like it was his own. I don’t think I will ever find another mechanic like him.

Best experience I’ve had at a mechanic. I took my car in because the engine shield cover had come off. Not only was everyone super friendly, they were quick, communicative, explained the issue, and didn’t even charge for the service. I will take my car here for all my future needs and have already spread the word to my family. Thank you for making my day, Oakmont Automotive! You are wonderful.

Only good things to say. Great diagnostic abilities that correctly identify the problems on my gently aging 2008 Honda Element. Thanks to the care I get here, I can save money by holding onto my vehicle a lot longer. New cars cost a lot, so it's important to have an auto mechanic you can rely on. Recommended.

How many of us have been angst ridden taking our car to a service garage for the first time? While living in the Oakmont community we naturally gave Oakmont Garage a try. From the first call to schedule service and all the appointments we’ve had since 2016, there has never been a moment of concern. Vaughn is not only excellent with cars and trucks, he is also a calm presence and a pleasure to know. Robyn, who manages the desk is efficient, friendly, and a warm presence. We moved away from Oakmont to Sonoma and still call on Oakmont garage for scheduled maintenance on both of our vehicles. Reasonably priced, too.

I'm writing another review; seems my initial review was written in '16. Vaughn continues to provide excellent service at a fair price. I am still impressed with the care he takes with my car, and the detailed explanations he provides when I have questions. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I'm back with another glowing review for Vaughn and his staff at this business. He does great work, knows his stuff, very accommodating, pricing is beyond fair and he goes above and beyond for his customers. We have an old 2000 Ford Truck and a 2012 Subaru- he knows how to work on about anything. I even see vintage cars and golf carts there - use him, he's the best!

Vaughn is an amazing person and mechanic. We were having issues with the electrical system in our camper and just not sure what to do to resolve the problem. He actually came to our home and tested the battery input and output which had not been done previously. We were about to spend thousands of dollars on our camper and he made a recommendation for a third of the price. We highly recommend Vaughn and his great team of employees. Amazing service and considerate care. Thank you!

After dealing with a dead battery twice this month, I decided after lots of research to check out Oakmont Automotive Service. When I went out today to start my car....whoops, will not start. So I called Oakmont Automotive Service. Spoke with Cindy and they had a service person over in 10 minutes. They jump started my car and took it over to the shop. Cindy mentioned that I might need a new battery as the original one was 5 years old. As we thought the battery needed changing. Within 20 minutes the battery was changed, and my car brought back to my house. So happy with the service, people who helped and the honesty of the business. I would highly recommend this business. In addition, I had scraped some paint off of the pole in my parking space which remained on my front fender. They buffed it off. No charge. Yay!!!! So happy. Sylvia Sharenow

As a woman, I've spent ~ 40 yrs searching for automotive repair service providers where I won't be ripped off, simply because of my gender. My recommendation to all women who don't want to get ripped off, take your car to Oakmont Automotive. Their service is extraordinary. The care and respect they show their customers is without equal.

Brian is the real deal. My BMW was running rough and stalling. When I brought the car in, he checked the engine error codes and recommended a one hour diagnostic to determine the issue.
