Will I didn't get to stop into the store yet . But needed some help finding some file cabinets. And pricing and availability and the sales lady did a amazing great job . For me . Pricing was fair on par with other stores. No complaint.

You will be overcharged. Especially on a sale day. Most of the items have no price so the cashier will charge based on discrepancy. Pants and sweaters cost $10 day of a sale when the normal price may be $5 on any other day. Random glass ware was 50¢ but on the sale day the same glass was $1.99. I was charged twice for the same set of cloths so with the discount it would come out to the regular charged price. I was in a hurry to my next destination so I didn't check my receipt before leaving. As customers we tend to trust the cashier's. This is not the case. This place have no integrity. 2 stars because a polite employee from the back that looked as confused as I did with the prices tried to remedy the difference. Conclusion: Check your receipts before leaving this location. Customers are being bamboozled.

Unrivaled customer service by the manager/ownerMy wife and I bought two office chairs two years ago and had a fine time as Ann Shilling patiently explained the differences. We are more than pleased with the comfort and construction of both chairs. Last month, I knocked over my chair (not hard) and to my surprise the plastic piece holding my right arm rest broke. I try to glue but no success. I contacted Ann, who immediately returned my call, then forwarded my request to the manufacturer, Work Smart in Las Vegas. I had no idea what the warrantee covered but Ann requested a no cost replacement for the entire arm rest holder and the manufacturer, also very attentive, agreed. I had offered to pay as I was in part responsible but Ann never challenged my request. A new part, only a few days later, is on its way. If that is not unparalleled customer support (for a one-time buyer two years ago) by maker and seller, I don't know what is. I will not buy another office chair anywhere else. If you're around Santa Rosa CA, go to Office Furniture and meet a charming retailer. And check out the Work Smart offerings. RBecker

A small, locally owned business that has been around for over 35 years, and miraculously survived the pandemic.They have both new and used office furniture, and a truly wonderful staff.Please consider them when you have any need for filing cabinets, conference tables, task lighting, etc.

They stand behind their products and have great customer service. I had trouble with a chair I bought from them a few years ago. They worked with me to solve the problem even though they seemed really busy. Yes I would recommend them.

Great Customer Service! Continued support with all my office furniture including sending out two guys to level out my large file cabinets and sending me additional support clips for inside my file drawers. Always a pleasure to work with and the delivery staff are efficient, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend working with OFW for all your business needs.

On second visit we purchased a value priced, in stock, ergonomic office chair for a home computer desk. Very happy with customer service and chair features/quality. Gabby was very helpful and patient during both store visits to help us select the best chair model for our needs.

Very professional, knowledgeable and major help. Delivery was quick and easy and they took away all of our 30 year old office furniture. They were priced right compared to similar quality furniture. We did a lot of comparison shopping and by far Office Furniture World had the biggest variety, most knowledgeable and fastest delivery time. Excellent and long term business in Santa Rosa.
