I lost one of the end pieces of my bangle and I went into to store in hopes of a replacement. I knew the visit might not yield any fruit because it's a discontinued item, but lo and behold Daisy found one! Both Daisy and Leah provided exemplary customer service and I left as a very satisfied customer.

Went into the Santa rosa plaza Pandora to get my niece a birthday gift (charm bracelet with charms) Rachel and all of the ladies in the store where extremely friendly , smiling and greeted me right away! Rachel was the sales lady who happily helped me put together a charm bracelet that was a absolutely memorable/sentimental gift to give that she can always add her favorite charms to or be gifted more charms! my fiancé and I We’re very happy that our niece LOVED the bracelet birthday gift that Rachel helped me put together for her by patiently and so professionally showing me different options of so many beautiful charms she had recommended while not pushing or rushing me to make a choice. (Which I bought all of the ones she helped me piece together for the bracelet) also , Rachel was absolutely right about the sizing of the bracelet & recommending that I buy a charm clamp to keep them from falling off and although my niece wasn’t there when it was purchased... it was PERFECT! She went above and beyond while anticipating my needs! Amazing employees and location! Will be coming back to shop here again real soon✨

Extremely rude sales associates. I went in to ASK if I could exchange a ring for a smaller size without having the receipt. Another salesperson whom I was not even speaking to marched over with attitude to tell me without a receipt there was NOTHING they could do for me. She ranted on about how I should know the policy because it was told to me when I purchased the ring. She spoke on behalf of someone else guaranteeing that person told me the policy when actually, they did not. I called the store manager & got “sorry hope next time is a better experience” There won’t be a next time. I’m taking my money somewhere else.

I went in to ASK if I could exchange a ring for a smaller size without having the receipt with me. Another salesperson marched over to where I was asking with attitude to tell me there was "nothing" they could do for me without a receipt. She was not whom I purchased the product from but guaranteed me that I was told I needed a receipt for ANY exchanges and guaranteed the person told me there would be a $15 fee to exchange a ring for a smaller size. Why should there be a fee to exchange something for the same product just in a smaller size? I found an old receipt from Pandora that says items with no receipt maybe be returned for store credit. So I can return things for store credit but not exchange? Makes no sense.

Wish I could post no stars. The staff here is very rude and have their little ugly attitudes. Especially the lady with the bright ugly pink hair. Went in and was ignored even though the pink haired lady looked at me up and down, and saw I was there first, other people were helped before me even though I got there before them. It may have to do with the color of my skin but idk. Felt very discriminated towards. Will never step foot in here again! worst customer service EVER!!! Beware of the rude staff they will look at you like you're a peasant to them.

Love it here! Great, reasonable prices for their quality jewelry. My 9-year-old daughter loves hanging out in here and they treat her like a person. Go figure! The prices are so fair, that I can buy pieces for the youngster without breaking the bank or losing my mind if she loses them.Super cute gift wrapping available.

Pink hair worker was very rude didn’t even greet me and my friend but two minutes after a couple walked in and she rushed over to greet and help them. I had a problem with my ring which I bought last September and obviously didn’t have a receipt for because it was so long ago and she said she couldn’t help me but then could replace it for $30 when their policy says they will replace it up to a year. She was very rude and rolled her eyes.

The staff at the store is very rude and if I could give zero stars I would. I went there to go shop for the rings on sale and I walked in and nobody helped me or my friend. When another couple walked in this lady with pink hair ran all the way over to help them and didn't even help us when we were standing right in front of her very upset with the quality of their work there was a lady with blond hair was very nice to me though

I went in five minutes before closing and the store manager went out of her way to find the perfect charm for me. She was very patient and willing to help me out. I forgot her name but I highly recommend her. It was my first time at the store and I left very happily. She was great.
