This place covers all the holidays, birthdays and anniversaries along with Valentines day and St. Paddy's day. If you need something at the last minute, they have it. It's fun to look at all they have for future purchases too. Bought a pirates chest of gold chocolate coins for our Leprechaun festivities Friday!

Liked this store had a lot of options just not much 13th birthday items . It was a little expensive. I would buy things like table cloths, paper plates and plastic wear at the dollar store. I would get decorations , balloons and candy here.

The management here at the store is awful. Heard a female manager going off on a associate I asked for her name when I was checking out and I guess the managers name was Veronica. I will never shop at a place like this especially if the employees are being mistreated. No wonder the employees look like they don't want to work there. Why would they when they are being mistreated all the time. Party city needs to get rid of the crappy managers and higher ups and bring in a whole new team. If you can order on Amazon I would and not give money to a company that mistreated their employees.

Very surprised of How High the prices are there I think they're very unbelievably expensive for just getting a balloon granted I know some are bigger than others but to spend $50 on six balloons is I think a little bit ridiculous especially the way things are in our country right now with such high inflation and everything else just getting out of hand

Picked up my daughters balloons good service overall. What was supposed to be a 9 didn't last not even a couple hours guess she's just waking up to teal balloons.

Store looks like it was ransacked (most Party City stores look like this around Halloween but not in early June). Merchandise was all over the floor, all over the store, and shelves were not property stocked or maintained (i.e., items were not put back to where they should be). It took a while to find what I needed (e.g., the shelves with the letter and number yard signs were totally disorganized) but the items were in the store just not easy to find. Store seemed staff well with 5-6 associates but it didn’t seem like management was leading by example to maintain a presentable store.

Fantastic service. The manager on staff during my visit provided exceptional accommodations to me during a time when I was running late and needed a balloon order filled. Thank you so much. Least I could do is give 5 stars.

Friendly staff, i was disappointed with the selection though. Didnt have a basic train or cars/trucks theme so i tried settling on a theme they did have, but even that theme was lacking items.

I can’t believe they are out of birthday cone hats. If party city should have anything it’s an abundance of cone hats for a birthday. Very disappointing.
