The grooming experience was terrible. I took my dog in for a bath and cut. I explained my dog doesn't like: water in face, brushing knots, and is afraid of the clipper sound. I asked that he be buzzed down on the body (to avoid brushing the knots) and trim the face/legs a bit (as there were no knots in these areas).Ginny called me mid bath, saying my dog was freaking out. I was waiting outside the salon for about 40 minutes and she calls me again saying she cannot continue the grooming because my dog was trying to bite her while she was brushing his hair (on his body, which I had clearly asked to be shaved down). She charged me a bath and half-done brush. I know someone who works at PSG; they checked Ginny's schedule, realizing she is a trainee. Ginny, when you know you are NOT EXPERIENCED and CONFIDENT enough to make a certain cut, say that from the beginning and avoid wasting people's time and traumatizing a dog. You are a "professional". Behave like it. I took my dog to a local salon with REAL PROFESSIONALS and said he behaved well throughout his grooming visit.

Took my dog in today for a nail trim which we have done in the past. The reason why I am putting a one star review is because two of my poor dogs paws were bleeding! Cristina was who trimmed his nails. I noticed this when I was driving back home and noticed blood on my shirt and then saw that two of his legs were bloody. His nails were cut way too short and they were bleeding. Petsmart do better! I trusted that the workers knew what they were doing. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

I can understand the dish can be hard to maintain and such, but come on guys it's just sad to see the rest of them being hurt in the process. And these moss water plants, need, well, water..?

Service here is TERRIBLE. Grossly under-staffed ALL OF THE TIME. The staff who are here are basically incompetent. There is one older lady who works here who does a great job but the rest I would fire in a heartbeat. I've waited over 20 minutes to have someone show up to pull crickets out of the bin for me. It's gotten to the point where I don't even wait anymore. I go in and if nobody is around I help myself to the crickets I need. Then I take them to the register, the girl up there is too concerned with what she has going on on her phone to even acknowledge our presence. Um, hello?? Are you clocked in right now or do you just like taking your lunch at the open registers? I manage a 28 person team for a living, I walk in here I would fire every single person and start from scratch, STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT. Think I'll be going to pet club for my crickets from now on. They're actually staffed enough to get them for me and they have the species that last longer and don't chirp. Get it together because nobody is gonna be sad when you go out of business.

Take my dogs here to get there nails done. Ask for a clip and grind, and the last 2 times they have not clipped. Only did the grind, yet charged me for both. We are not going to be paying for services not rendered any longer.

I would not have given them a single star if I had the opportunity just literally walked in the store and then was asked to leave because I didn't look like I was doing what I was supposed to do I walked back to go buy fish and get told to leave Petco you're my brand now I wouldn't recommend shopping at the store they are rude judgmental and overpriced

Don’t ever come to this location expecting any kind of knowledge/assistance. Was told on the phone (after 30+ minutes of trying to call) that they hadn’t been carrying my pet’s prescription food for 2 months, when I was there 2 weeks ago and bought two bags of said food. Wasted quite a bit of time and effort trying to shop here. Thank god for Laguna Vet Hospital!?
