This store is only successful in spite of themselves. Their customer service is so poor that I think they purposely look for employees lacking personality from crew to management. I realize finding employees is challenging in itself, but is it so hard to have employees smile or be a little personable with a simple hello?

I like Pet Smart, they have helpful employees and I can usual find what I want. I don't like Yelp making you stay on screen til you write a certain amount.

After today I doubt I'll be returning to petsmart. I don't feel it's right to force people to sign up & give a phone number to get a better price. I actually think it's a really fudged up business practice. People have become so complacent to marking, it is truly sad. I also felt that I was overcharged & they made excuses for the tag being $8 less than the item I purchased.It's time to boycott these corporate interests, please spend local..

Brought my pup here after he was skunked and the groomer who did him (Sarah) was not great. She first didn't seem to know her dog breeds which is kind of a red flag since it's a dog breed based industry but I understand things happen. She said she couldn't help the skunk smell but every groomer I have met has some sort of de-skunk shampoo or odor remover. I also paid extra for the halloween package and we didn't receive anything from the package, no nail grind, no autumn spice spray, no bandana, no coupon book, and no teeth cleaning. I know my dog can be difficult but then just don't charge me for things that can't be done. She said she took off $10 but I still paid full price at the register and regret not saying something at the time. Super bummed my dog still smells and probably didn't get groomed that thoroughly.

Emma has groomed my two dogs before. I like the way she cuts my Yorkie-poo, I ask for the puppy cut and when I go back to pick him up he looks like a puppy again. This last time was a doozy, my not too bright pup got sprayed by a skunk. I washed him 3 times and it still was unpleasant. When I picked him up Emma really worked a miracle. Although, he still smells a little I can live with it. Anyone who grooms a dog that's been skunked is a saint in my book. Thanks Emma!

Went to the groomers they said that the dog needs to get there shots I brought the dog with me so I made an appointment at banfield pet hospital got the shots explain that I need the shots so I can groom the dog that has a matted situation and now it waited 48 hours got the appointment woke up in the morning 8am went to the appointment and now The lady saying that dog needs to go and get a medical grooming I was just at the vet why didn’t they groom him there when I was in the visit . Petsmart and banfield hospital are running a scam to get more money I don’t trust it now $60 for the visit Plus there something for shots another $60 visit grooming matted situation cost $40-$200 if the dog is kept longer for the grooming that’s ridiculous i’m never coming back to Petco for grooming ever again

All of the Bettas looked like they were dying or close to it. I told the girl up front and she shrugged her shoulders and said I know. The rest of the fish weren't great either. The tanks were covered with algae and filthy. Horrible.

I really like this pet store. They have a large selection of pet supplies and food. Although acting as a separate entity, Banfield Pet Hospital is located inside the store. Soon, they will be filling the dog training position, while pet grooming is ongoing. I have taken one of my dogs to the Pet Hospital and purchase food at their store. PetSmart supports programs to provide pet food to families with economic issues. They also support making veterinary care available to families having trouble affording it. PetSmart also supports pet adoption programs, as well as having pets in their stores for adoption.

It's hard to be competitive nowadays with online stores and portals, specially if you are a brick and mortar business. Now having said that. I went to this place to buy a ribbon for my dog. There were only two ribbons to choose from and very pricey compared to an online business. (I won't give free publicity to this online place.) Well, you are probably asking yourselves why I didn't call before instead of just driving to that store ?? Well, I did call. This lady that answered the phone was useless, and it seemed that going to look for a ribbon around the store was going to be a brutal task. Two minutes into this conversation with this lady, I just decided to drive there instead of listening all these excuses this employee was making. That's just another perfect example of how they'll just hire anyone without customer service skills.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I asked for large crickets for my 2ft bearded dragon and just because one of the employees mixed all the crickets together doesn’t mean mix the crickets they sell to the customers. So instead I got the smallest crickets which my lizard won’t even eat. And their superworms as well as their horn worms are all dead and they refuse to exchange or refund the money. Worst place to go for anything. Management is a disrespectful, lazy sorry excuse for leadership in that store.

Total waste of time and awful customer service!! I had a grooming appointment scheduled for 3 weeks and the morning of just 2 hours before they call and say the groomer won’t be making it in today and that they can “squeeze” me in tomorrow as if I don’t have other plans and want my dogs cut to be rushed.. tried to reschedule with them and they said they didn’t have anything until the 17th- 17 days away!!!! Ridiculous. Like fix what you messed up and make it right so disappointing now I know not to use outsmart for grooming!!!
